I have been trying to contact for weeks via your support form on your website.

I got a response back asking for FTP + WordPress logins, I provided them and then haven’t heard back for weeks.

I have emailed multiple times chasing the ticket to see if anyone has attempted to fix it but seems that I constantly get ignored.

The pricing tables on my work do not show on Mobile/Desktop and I am loosing out on sales, everything is up to date, and I have tried disabling everything to see if its conflicting.

I have paid for this so should receive support however have received NOTHING.

When I am not logged in to the discussion board, I can scroll down as well as I am able to see all the comments
But, if I log in (as admin), I can see only the first page with the last four comments
Also, each comment repeats 2 or 3 times
How can I rectify this, please

new users are not able to upload profile and cover images. Also profile and cover images section is not showing properly. I have deactivated all plugins and themes and checked but nothing is working out.

Hi there, I used to have Supsystic plugins installed, and among them Membership.

They are all deleted now, but in my phpMyAdmin, I can see hundreds of tables created by Supsystic.

Why does Supsystic not delete all Supsystic tables, when the plugins are deleted?

And what is the most secure way of deleting these tables?

I am not able to select any of the WordPress roles on the General/Roles page. I’ve tried Chrome, Edge, and IE browsers.

Is it possible to add a bbPress forum to a user profile? Is it possible to add a bbPress forum to a group?

Is there a way to bill users by the number of friends they have? Or bill a group admin based on the number of group members?

What billing or invoicing plugins can support this? Ideally billing would be monthly recurring.

I would like to create groups where new members can either be invited by the group admin, or request membership (pending approval by group admin), and for all group content to be viewable to anyone.

I would like to add more information to the profile when you view a members directory. When there are 100s of members in the Directory, seeing just a name is not enough. Under the name I would like to see the company name and job title displayed (captured in the form during registration).

Can this be done? If not, do you offer a custom service to get it done? Should be very easy for you guys.

I want to change the display name in the profile header to a business name since we are creating a business directory rather than a personal social network. I can’t seem to find a way to do that or any support in the documentation and FAQ

Under business info the following fields get this error message when you try to save content in the form field from your profile page

Error! The value of the field does not match the given pattern

The field effected are Business Name, Hours, Website, email, phone

I need to get the values of the custom fields added with your plugin to the user’s profile. The fields are not present in user’s metadata. Is there a way to fetch them via code.

I installed the free version of Membership by Supsystic plugin . It has some nice features, but it also has some serious problems:

(1) Registration using your Membership plugin’s Registration form does not work at all. This means registration of new users has to be done by WordPress or another plugin such as BuddyPress.

(2) Even if we let WordPress or BuddyPress handle the registration process, we encounter the following problem. Every time a user makes an entry on his activity’s wall, the following phrase appears under his name “Invalid Date”, most likely refers to “Registration Date”. It seems that you have “Registration Date” feature that does not work at all. Either fix the whole registration process or at remove the “registration date” feature, because it very annoying to see “Invalid Date” appearing every time a user make any activity.

(3) Your Membership plugin does not recognize Gavatar photos. For example, both of WordPress and BuddyPress recognize my Gravatar photo, yet on the same site, your Membership plugin does not recognize my Gravatar even though I clicked the option for Gravatar in Profile settings.

(4) I also recommend adding the ability for Users and Groups to show photos/avatars in their profiles by an external URL linked to a remote site that stores images/photos, meaning without uploading the photo/avatar to the site where your Membership plugin is installed.

(5) Some of emojis / emoticons that can added to the posts on the Activity wall do not work most of the time. It seems they are stored on servers which are not reliable. I suggest the following:

(a) you remove those unreliable emojis / emoticons
(b) allow the administrator to upload the emojis / emoticons to his server
(c) allow the administrator to choose which emojis / emoticons to display on his site.

(6) There are serious English grammar mistakes in many of the messages in your Membership plugin. I can send a complete list of the mistakes and how they should be re-phrased. For example, “Profile is not exists” should be “Profile does not exist”, and “This user is restrict access to his profile” should be “This user has restricted access to his profile”.

Any way to create membership card for my members? I will add their unique membership number myself.

In the plugin settings I set “Use Profile Cover” to “No” but the profile cover area still shows up with a default image. How do I remove completely the cover image?

I use it in Japanese.
I can create groups, but cannot view or edit them.

Tried to setup your membership plugin on my site and I have one small problem. How can I make it to not load wichever font it loads by default( I guess Lato) and use instead my theme font? Currently I use Adobe’s Myriad Pro and it’s not available in the font list.

Do you have an idea how to solve this problem?

There seems to be a bug with the translations.
When I upload the Spanish translation files for the plugin via FTP, they work without problems but I also get a notification in the WordPress admin area stating that I should update the translations. When I make the update, they stop working.
To make they work again I have to reupload them (and the update notification shows up again).

All posts in my Activity page show an error: “Invalid Date”.

When logged out, the Activity page shows a sign up link inviting visitors to join. But that link is directing to the same Activity page instead of to the sign up form. It seems it’s a bug.

In English, when I am on my profile page, I have a button to change the background image on the right, while the profile picture on the left.
All this is true, only when I use language that supports reading from left to right.
However, as soon as I try to use your plugin in a language that supports right-to-left reading, an unexpected problem immediately erupts, the problem is in short as follows:
The profile picture moves to the right, which is actually now above the button that should replace the background image.
The result is: there is no button access that replaces the background image. The button is simply hidden.
I’d love to know if you’ve ever been able to resolve the issue.
I hope your plugin is not only optimized for certain languages.

Nested dropdown user field, I want 3 dropdown fields (Regions,states,City) 2nd level (States) dependiong in 1st level (regions), 3nd level (City) depending in 2nd level (States) those 3 dropdowns must be assigned/connected in locations taxonomy.
Is that possible??
