Hi
I have some questions about your plugin since I cant try it out without buying it ??
I have to use something like your program on an info screen in the entrance hall in a building. I would like to show the different company names and be able to click on the company name and find the person I need to contact. Can your plugin do that?
I need to know if your plugin can do the following:
– Can new members automatically be put on different lists? (for example we have a lot of companies and I would like a list for each company. Whenever a new member is added I would like the program to add them to the company list. We always fill out which company they’re from so the information is in the system). Or would I have to manually put them on different lists?
– Can I make an overview page on my website with the different lists? And will you be able to click on a specific list and find the different members? Or would they just all be shown at once?
– When you see the overview of the members: Will I be able to click on their phone number/contact information and send them an sms or something? Or perhaps just show their phone number so you’ll be able to contact them?
Best regards
Sara
Hello, Thank you for making this plugin, it seems to be a really small niche and we’re lucky to have it. Planning to get pro if all goes well. This is my current problem:
I have buddypress within a website we are currently building, and there are some buddypress text fields that are not shown in the list of fields in the members list interface. Is there a way they can be added?
Hello,
With the recent upgrading of the free version of the Members List Plugin, the field “City” disappeared (while the rest of the address fields are still there) in the User Profiles.
Is this a bug, or is there a reason why this field is no longer there? Appreciate any insights and solutions to bring this field back.
Andy
I just purchased the pro version, hoping to integrate some custom code inside the fields , i did install it, made a quick list which is displaying all website members ,no matter what user role they have and when i tried adding the shortcode on the front end it shows nothing , just a blank space. i can see that some other users reported that but the developer dont seem to care .. i even contacted this developer via phone email and yet not a single answer provided..
Hi!
I have taken over maintenance of a website which has Members List PRO installed. I can see the activation key in the backend, but I don’t have the login details of the account. The person who set this up originally is probably hard to reach.
I need an update to the current version of the plugin, and I need support wrt translating the labels in the members list to English.
How should I proceed?
Thanks!

Hi, I just installed Member List, and when I click on Add A New List it lets me type in a name for the list and save it, but no other options or fields appear like int the documentation. https://www.ternstyle.us/members-list-plugin-for-wordpress/documentation/creating-a-list
Any ideas on what is not working?
Hi,
I wanted to adjust the styling of the output.
So I have this page with this code:
[members-list id=1 search=true radius=false alpha=false pagination=true sort=true]
I wanted (for example) to do this (style.css):
.WP-ml-member {
display: inline-block;
width: 50%;
}
.tern_members_view {
display: none;
}
However , nothing happens.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
This feature used to work well, and now all of a sudden there are lines and lines of warnings – apparently the same line repeats itself several times – at the top of the page as well as below the title bar:
Warning: Use of undefined constant km – assumed ‘km’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/.sites/20/site4607206/web/wp-content/plugins/members-list-pro/class/members.php on line 730
How can I get rid of that?
Thanks!!
Hi,
On the members list, only the top 10 pixels of an avatar works as author page link.
Van I insert an extra link (like “> to author page”) or is there a way to make the entire avatar as link?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Victor
Hi, I updated to the latest version of the plugin, and it immediately broke the site. I put back the previous version from the backup, but it also stopped working properly (while at least the site is back and functions well). I used the plugin to also list members’ posts/pages that they authored, but the list is gone, replaced by a ? letter… Is there anything I could do to bring back the original functionality that was undisturbed up until the latest update? Thanks in advance ??

Hi. I have an issue displaying latin characters in my list. I may need to add the following lines in the header of the plugin:

I just don′t know wich one is the correct file.
Would someone tell me wich is the file where I should add that line?
Thanks.
Please see https://www.tennesseetemple.org If I am logged in as admin, I can click on Students and it displays that page. However, if I am logged in as anyone else, it gives me a 404 Page not Found error.At one time, I had clicked on the blocked box, hoping to hide it from users unless they are logged in. How can I set it so if a user isn’t logged in, it will display a message like, “You must be logged in to view this page.” and display the login fields?
Thank you.
I have this paid Pro version. Maybe it is something I am doing but please see https://www.tennesseetemple.org
First of all, it is showing Now Viewing Student on the menu. I don’t want that on the menu, do I?
You can log in as
beachlady
Deyoung123
It is not displaying anything except: “Now viewing student: tennesseetemple”
None of the info is showing about this user. What am I doing wrong?
Also, I want to create a page that has a list of all students. That’s why I purchased the software.
For your information, I used a Bulk Import Plugin to import over 200 users from a csv file and labeled the fields in order to import them. They show in the Users list and the fields are there. Could this be the problem? “beachlady” was NOT imported but rather was created through the registration page.
When I click on “Students”, it is trying to display https://tennesseetemple.org/memberships/ and I am getting a 404 error.
This is what I have on the Students page:
This displays when logged in
[/wpmem_logged_in]
[wpmem_field field=user_login]
[wpmem_show_count label=”Active Users: ” key=active value=1]
I need answers as quickly as possible. Thanks in advance.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /home3/njlla/public-html/wp-conent/plugins/members-list/class/google_maps/php on line 52
My site is njlla.org. Sorry – we’re a bunch of volunteers running this site so I’m the most techie of a tragically untechie bunch which is not saying much. I hope this info means something to you? For now I’m leaving the plugin de-activated but I did like it quite a bit and would like to use it again. Ideas? Thanks!
Hi there!
SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU ARE OFFERING PRO VERSION NOW – back in 2015, you didn’t have anything and I’m just now finding that out! Perfect (LOVE YOUR PLUGIN!)
I tried to email and the captcha isn’t working on your contact form – I’m experiencing the same issue as another person, in the support forum – and you’d asked him to contact you, via contact form on your site …
=====
right now we are seeing … i did not update WP this morning – and it just started happening (turned off auto updates for WP, too, so they shouldn’t be doing that without manual update)

I also want to ask about the developer plugin options – I have a very specific task that member’s list does for me and I LOVE IT – so I want to ask some help in updating this older version of plugin –
Good afternoon – great plugin by the way.
I am attempting to create further searchable options on the field that support S2Member, including notes, custom fields, etc. How can I configure this? For instance if I want to search someone’s biography based off my pre-created fields?

Is this still compatible with s2Member?
The old method of using s2Member custom fields (supplying the field name – “wp_s2member_custom_fields” and the Mark-Up – %company_name% | %city%, %state%) no longer works. How can we add these fields to the member output?
Thank you!
I just updated my Members List plugin to 4.1.1 and did a test search (as the notes said that was what was fixed in this update), and got the following warning:
Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): Access denied for user ”@’localhost’ (using password: NO) in [mysiteinfo]/wp-content/plugins/members-list/class/members.php on line 644
Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): A link to the server could not be established in [mysiteinfo]/wp-content/plugins/members-list/class/members.php on line 644
The warning repeated 4 times in a row (both lines). Any ideas what is causing this?
I just want to display a simple list of users in order of last name but showing the first name, email and bio also. I don’t need the usernames to show or search by zipcode. Just need it to look like this:
Accardi, Paul
[email protected]
Firm: Global Credit Advisers
AUM (Millions): $1,000
Strategy: Credit
Head Count: 17
Angelowicz, Adam
E-mail: [email protected]
Firm: Marble Arch Investments, LP
AUM (Millions): $1,800
Strategy: Long/Short
Head Count: 17
Is there a way to do this?
