Hi, after update to 3.4.1Max Mega Menu is not working on mobile I use Divi theme

Hello, I have been using megamenu. Because I set up automatic upgrade, the plugin automatically upgraded to the latest version, but I found an error log that used syntax that is not compatible with php5.6 version.

I saw in the plugin profile that php version is version 5.6 or higher.

The menu has worked perfectly fine for years until I made a transparency adjustment on the mega menu.

In mobile view the menu no longer works.

After the new update to mega menu, the hover event to trigger sub menus is not 100% functional. Its not working on all main menus. When I inspected more, I found these js errors in inspect element tool of my browser. Screenshot attached.

I’ve been using this plugin for two years and so far it runs smoothly. Thanks for the great work!
However, since a few days ago, the dropdown menu doesn’t show when users hover on it. Strangely, it works fine when:
1. Logged in as a WordPress admin, or
2. (When logged out) open inspect element tab using Google Chrome, switch to mobile view, refresh, close inspect element tab.

Please advise on how to solve this issue. Thank you!

Dear Team,

We are trying to add new menu items to the existing columns by setting up the correct order under Appearance > Menus, but still when we open the Mega Menu option from the top level menu item, the newly added menu item comes in a new row under the existing one.

Can you please help me fix this, as we have been trying a lot of things but of no use.

On the main menu we have an item ‘Cursussen’ with 7 submenu’s.
When you hover over one of those 7 items it changes color and the color of the previously visited menu turns back to white again. I have now added an extra option ‘English courses’ link but when you hover over that option the previously visited menu item does not turns back to white.
Am I missing a styling option here or is this by design or a bug?

Hello.

Two menus appears on the computer – above and at the bottom of the page, I just can��t remove the lower menu. In the settings “Some themes will output this menu location multiple times on the same page. For example, it may be output once for the main menu, then again for the mobile menu” Serek of 0-1-2 does not help, the lower menu becomes vertical and loses all styles. Please help me how to remove it? Only the upper menu is needed.

In the mobile version of the menu, for some reason is located at the bottom of the page, how to move it upstairs?

I have a problem using the Max Mega Menu on mobile: If I click the text or the white part of the menu (and not the arrow), it closes the panel.

I use:

Click Event Behaviour: First click will follow the link (the arrow must be used to toggle sub menu visiblity).

Mobile Sub Menu Behaviour: Standard – Open sub menus will remain open until closed by the user.

Hi there, i’m trying to set up toggle bar in mobile and tablet device. But i notice 2 problems:
– First my toggle bar in mobile device, only half of the icon is clickable, i can see the through the background color that, the backgroud, which is clickable, is not including all tuggle bar icon, can you help me with that?
– Second, i think is about Responsive Breakpoint, i think normally there should be just 2 menu layout, one for mobile and tablet and another for desktop, but in my case, i realize there is third layout which is really weird and messy menu when i’m visualizing in desktop but in smaller screen,( messy like i can’t see my toggle bar and account icon, and the menu is split to 2 line) how can i solve this?

I have a menu with several sub levels, but they are not shown on mobile, only on desktop, where it��s shown bu small arrows. I have searched everywhere for a solution, but can��t find one.

I’m having trouble with the Max Mega Menu on the mobile version of our site. The menu is unresponsive when clicked.

We’ve tried reviewing the documentation and looking through the forum, but haven’t yet found a solution.

We’re using the Divi theme.

i’m trying to use the Max Mega Menu plug in, But it’s just not working at all.

I made a download, activated the max mega menu plugin, enable the plugin to my main menu, and then i changed the collor of menu like subcategory, backround , tittle, and changed the menu layout to grid layout, but nothing happend.

I’ve tried to desactivate all the plug in (beside woocommerce and elementor) to check if it’s compatibility problem, but it’s still not workin.

I’ve cleaned my navegator cache and max mega menu cache, but still not working.

Can you check for me why is not working?

My fullscreen overlay menu moves down when you horizontally scroll in Safari. See video:

1. Scroll down just a few pixels
2. Open the menu
3. Scroll horizontally

Any thoughts on what could be going on here? No other browsers have this behaviour.

I work on the development and this is one of the plugins we use.

It appears the way a max menu works is it creates its own menus and saves it as menu items on a max mega menu on wp, and then somehow cross references it back since I’ve verified that when pulling elements from our main menu, it no longer shows the items that are mega menus.

But the problem arises on how the menu is saved. When running the command wp_get_nav_menu_items($MENU_ID), it pulls the items but the products which started out having an object type of product_cat are now nav_menu_item and it’s messing up our developement. We can get by for now, but it will affect future development. You could also do something that would reference the existing type so we can get by.

Can you please have you please have your developers fix that glitch.

I am developing a wordpress plugin for the first time and actually a first time wordpress user as well. This plugin is meant to be used by a friend of mine so we have a lot of discussing here and there. He had this idea to use a Max Mega Menu submenu to hold 2 shortcodes we had thought of. Now the shortcodes loaded in to the submenu, all fine until I tried loading the JS and CSS complementary to the shortcode. I have been trying to figure out how to do this for the past few hours. The shortcodes work fine on a page, but just not in the submenu, i can see that the JS and CSS are not loaded with the shortcode in the Network tab. I tried enqueueing via menu items:

When on mobile, meny cannot be opened. When you toggle the switch, it snaps and goes back. On the other hand, desktop menu works perfectly fine.

This started happening a few days ago.
