Hi,
Is there no translation file or folder for this plugin ?
]]>Hello,
I am presently busy to create a website where people find matches based on needs and offers (similar like interests).
Another point of concern is now how to get the feature, users can set a distance radius from their profile location and filter the matches.
This would be my last problem upon creating the full website and put it online.
It would be even amazing to show them on Google Maps or another map.
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hi,
since buddyboss updated their theme, the match percentage circle does not appear anymore on the member profile page. Are you planning to update your plugin to work with the new version of Buddyboss?
]]>I am trying to build a dating site using the SEEKO template. The match function does not work. No window appears with matching percentages between site users.
]]>Hi there, i like that plugin a lot, i just wanted to know, if its still safe to use, as it wouldn’t updated some time:)
best regards,

]]>Hello! I am using the buddy match plugin for a coaching site. I wanted to ask if I could add some lines of code to somehow reverse the algorithm. Instead of users getting matched on the same inputs like each user has sports. Instead could I have where strengths match with weakness. Coach strengths will match with a players weakness. Does anyone know how to do this? Please and thank you.
]]>Hello,
Love your plugin!
I want to be able to match users of different genders. Currently, the match percentage will increase between users who are looking for the same gender type (e.g. it will match male & male), rather than the user getting an increased match percentage with another user of the gender they are looking for (e.g. match male and female).
I see this wasn’t a feature a couple of years ago, but hoped it could be considered now?

For example, could it be possible to add a negative before the value in the percentage settings, so that it reduces the match by -x?
Many thanks.
]]>This plugin seems to be out of dated. How can we be sure if it still safe for new plugins and WP version? and if it will have new updates or be discontinued?
Thanks
]]>Hello,
Is there a way to create an event once a match is created? Randomly selecting from specific fields from each profile matched, like a location shared? Also, is there a way to put this event creation behind a pay wall so they have to make payment to advance to the next step?
Any assistance is appreciated.
Thank you.
]]>Hi there,
I wonder if your plugin works to matching sports players?
I get age, skill level and sex and want to match players with their selections.
Can I solve this with a script <do action or <div insert ?
And I would have a different idea for the match circle, under the respective member avatar a process bar to which percentage it fits. Would be more compatible than the circle.
Thanks
]]>Hi, congratulations on the plugin. I would like to translate the term “Match” into Italian. How can I do? Thanks.
]]>Hi
I m able to see match % only in members directory page. Not able to see in member profile cover area.
Hello,
the result of the matching is not displayed in the member card.
the matching button is present but you have to click on it to get the result.
can we simulate a click so that the result is displayed directly? or other solution?
]]>Hi there, why is the default value zero match set to 5%, not 0%?
]]>Hi support.
I don’t thing, that your short code – [mp_match_percentage] – works in wordpress 5.5
Cannot get it to work anywhere. It doesn’t even work, in the text widget anymore.
Have tried other site. Same outcome!
Best regards Carsten. ??
]]>Great plugin! Working well!
Is it possible to sort “All Members” in a Buddy Press installation by the percentage of match your software displays? Also, When viewing an overview of the members, it shows a button to calculate the match.. Does that button have to be manually clicked or could it just show the percentage of those members displayed automatically?
Thanks!
-Dave

]]>Hi,
I got Warning message below while I am registering the new user through GWANGI – PRO MULTI-PURPOSE MEMBERSHIP, SOCIAL NETWORK & BUDDYPRESS COMMUNITY THEME.
“Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home3/wakyck0afm72/public_html/wp-content/plugins/match-me-for-buddypress/class-mp-bp-match.php on line 120”
This theme author said “No worry, it is not error. But, you had better contact BuddyPress Matchmaking author to make better their plugin.
(1) Could you tell me if you plan to update your plugin to hide this kind of warning?
(2) Or, do you have any tip/adjustment to hide this warning?
Thank you
]]>Match Me doesn’t work after either the last update of WordPress or BuddyPress. The percent has disappeared on both the profile and the member loop. I disabled all other plugins including speed booster plugins and it still didn’t show.
]]>Hi,
is there any po file to translate?
thank you

Hi, it seams that your great plugin does not yet fully integrate with BuddyBoss Platform. It would be great if it does! I suggest working on that as BuddyBoss is a fast developing platform based on Buddypress but more professional. Do you have plans in that direction? You can also submit an integration request to BuddyBoss. See link.
]]>Hi, i know some have talk about it, but it would be nice to make match for opposite sex.
Better than that, a check box beside each field to make it ‘positive’ or ‘negative’.
ex. Field ‘Sex’, checkbox check = looking for same value in that field
Unchecked = looking for not corresponding to the value.
I think a check box can be ‘easy’ to implement like (field = value) or !(field = value) if checked or unchecked
Like this, it will be perfect for any kind of site. Actually for dating site it does’nt make sense, since the best match will be from people searching the same thing (guys looking for women will get guys looking for women as best match…)
Best regards
]]>Hi
When you view a members list and hover over the profile photos a small “endless” symbol appears on the upper right corner of the profile photo and when you click on it it shows the matching %.
1) Is it possible that this is shown on ALL profiles on this page automatically or you have to click on each photo separately?
2) the word “undefined” appears in front of the % number, what does it mean an where to change/delete?
Thanks
Brendan
I am receiving this error on users profile page:
Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/wardarin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/match-me-for-buddypress/class-mp-bp-match.php on line 120
Will you please help me resolve?
]]>The button appears to be taking no action.
]]>Hello,
first of all thank you for this awesome plugin! I really appreciate your work!
Maybe you can fix the error warning I mentioned in the title. It appears if WP_DEBUG ist set to “true”.
Best Regards
