]]>I first opened a ticket after I purchased a premium subscription but didn’t get license keys for any of the add-ons and can’t find where to enter the main plug-in license key. That was a few days ago and I want to get rid of the error about licenses.
I opened another ticket today because the settings say to sign up on openshare.com but when I click the sign up button on their site I get an internal error. I tried contacting them, but their contact form is broken. I tried visiting the link to their Twitter account and their account has been suspended. So what do I do for share counts if the old sharedcount service doesn’t work and openshare is MIA?
I really like this plug-in, but if support doesn’t respond it won’t be worth the money. Can anyone here help me?

I am trying to integrate the plugin with Bitly.com. I generate the token from Bitly.com and paste the token into the Bitly access token field in MashShare settings. After saving, I see the warning message says “Bitly Access Token is invalid or bitly.com endpoint can not be reached.”.
After that, I delete the Cache and log out. Then login to the site and navigate to the MashShare setting and I still see the same warning message.
Next, I go to Bitly.com again and regenerate the token and paste it into the MashShare settings. I still see the same warning message.
My question is, Bitly access token actually works with the MashShare plugin?

Hi, the latest update blocks admins from being able to login to the site, also there seems to be other connectivity issues such as ManageWP not being able to connect to the site for example. i have deactivated the plugin and now the site is fine so it is this plugin update that is the issue.

The top and bottom of page Pinterest share button no longer works (floating is fine) and it simply opens a blank page. I think it might have been caused by a recent update?

Headline and URL inclusion works fine, I removed it myself. I suspect the first part of the URL should be whatsapp:// instead of https://

may I ask, how can I add the same text on mobile view of the elements which are visible on desktop view? On mobile, only the buttons with icons show up, but the users will not know what are the icons for if the text is not visible too. Isnt it possible to add the elements under each other and display text inside them rather than to have them side by side without the text?

Since PHP 8 introduced a CurlHandle class, this might need to be changed from

to

If you want to keep compatibility to older PHP Version you might want to wrap it in some kind of if-else

Hi, I’ve been using this excellent plugin for a long time (thank you) but something strange has been happening recently. Me and my colleague are the ones who regularly post on my site. Whenever my colleagues starts working on a draft post and saves it, an large unreal share count appears at the MashShare button, usually 23.7k, which is weird since the post hasn’t even been published. Please could you advise me what the problem could be and how to overcome it?

]]>I noticed that the button for Pinterest no longer works. After deactivating and reactivating the plugin, the Pro version has disappeared. There is no longer a field for the license code in the Mashshare plugin, so I cannot upgrade to Pro.

And share button’s icon images were also broken. (They were “tofu”)
Then I downgraded it to 3.7.9. And that issue was solved.

I am Tanmoy Kumar from HeadphonesAdvice.com. Where I’m using your MashShare Plugin to enable share my posts, an example link: https://www.headphonesadvice.com/sony-wh1000xm4-deals/ . As you can see only two shares are showing on the share count website https://www.sharedcount.com/app/ track URL. But on my page link, it showing 428 shares. So it looks weird and spammy! And I don’t enable or use your Fake Share Count module on the plugin. Not only the single page, but almost all of my posts pages are also the same as invalid counts.
So, now you can imagine how big the problem is for SEO impact. Google and Advertisers are may think I’m doing something wrong. I’m waiting for your reply on how to solve this issue. Thank you!
