Hi, ater updating plugin to version 1.9.3, I have small black text saying ‘Nothing to see here!’ in the upper left corner of every model on my page. The models working normaly otherwise, so it’s probably just some incorectly displayed error message. Screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/8KpEyXc

Hi and thank you for this great plugin!
It is very useful and hopefully not dead since its been a while since the last update..

I was really hoping you can help me out with an issue:
Everything works great for me on desktop, but on mobile browsers, both android and iOS it doesn’t work and gives out this error in the section of the website where it is placed:

“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I tried to troubleshoot based on the BPS solution, but it doesn’t seem to work. Also it is strange that on desktop works flawlessly, but mobile does not.

Any help is really appreciated.

What type of files are supported by Marmoset plugin.

i have scrollbars in 4k res. I try to hide them in my theme in css and i suspect the problem came from the plugin.

I need help, Mamorset viewer was working fine before I uploaded it to live.
Now it is giving a 500 internal server error, Local is still okay, I tried installing it on other sites and it worked fine.

hi,
I installed the marmoset viewer plugin correctly. When I try to visualize it on my page I get an error telling me:

Marmoset viewer could not initialize
package file could not be read or is invalid

and the size of the viewer is way smaller then the one that I initially set in the mview file.

The only unusual thing about my page is that it is a private password protected page, could that create a conflict and make the viewer not working properly?

It could be a problem for me cause for confidentiality reason I`d like to use this with some clients to showcase their models.

any clue on how I can solve the problem?

Thank you for this great plugin. It works perfectly on desktop. But it doesn’t show the Marmoset Viewer on my iOS devices. There is only an emty space. Do you have any suggestions?
