This plugin does something that I haven’t found in another mapping plugin, that is the ability to import data from multiple maps and superimpose lines, areas and locations into one.
Unfortunately it only works if the user has the actual “administrator” role. But that’s not good because I don’t want all of the users to have the option to change theme, theme options, etc. etc.
What’s the best path for making this usable by, say, a site “editor” or “contributor”?

]]>How is it possible to change the marker size? The awesome-marker class defines the size in css, but this is related to the positioning as well and is overridden in JavaScript. I couldn’t find a way to adjust it properly using css.
I want to show several markers close together on a zoomed in map, and by default they show as much too large. Ideally I’d want the marker to be only slightly larger than the Font Awesome icon used in it.

What specific permissions are needed for map creation and editing? We’re running a multi-site installation, and it seems as though the “editor” role doesn’t have enough permissions. I had to set everyone as an “administrator” for the specific blog, which I’d rather not have to do.

I’m really enjoying the plugin but am having issues with links that I place inside the popup bubbles.
First, any link that I place that does not go to a new window opens the website inside of the map. I see the a site within a site! Very odd.
Second, is there any way to do anchor links? I would love to place “#internal_link” in to the URL field and it become a link to a name elsewhere on the page. The source code shows it correctly but the result on the page prepends the wordpress site’s url.
