Upon installation I receive a
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /srv/www/abc/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/map-pins/include/mappins.php on line 308
Due to this fatal error, the plugin can’t be activated.
(Plain vanilla WordPress 4.4 install without any additional plugins, default theme Twenty Fifteen, PHP Version 5.5.9)
I am looking to add a different map on a different page. Is this possible with this plug in?
]]>Hi there
Can I customize the map pins – ie change them to product logos?
How would you adjust the zoom level of the map?
]]>Hey,
Enjoying your amazing plugin so far. Easy to use, does exactly what I want.
But I was wondering when I do this “[mappins-map width=”900″ height=”500″ searchbar=”Y” list=”right” showmap=”show” listwidth=”40%”]”, if there is a way to get rid of search bar, my location and “now open” tickbox.
I am attaching my link for you to see.

]]>I’m using this plugin to track travels around the globe and thought it would be cool to be able to add a photo to each place we’ve been, pinned on the map. Is there a way to do this?
]]>Hi,
Just downloaded this plugin and installed here:
https://performancetherapylondon.com/contact/
Can someone tell me why the map is not showing up? Have added the shortcode from Help section on plugin but not helped.
Assistance appreciated!
Thanks
]]>If I use a default theme, I see the map just fine. However, when I use my custom theme, there is no map. Is your plugin relying on something that maybe I left out of my theme? I tried turning off all of my plugins and there isn’t anything in my functions.php file that should be messing with it. Thanks for any suggestions.
]]>I’m having an issue where the markers aren’t turning up in the right location. They show up in the ocean.
I tried to use the method previously described here about clicking on the map, but my map isn’t showing up on the “add location” page. It looks like there should be one at the bottom but there is not one displaying.
Please help, as I want to use your plugin but the locations are off.
Thanks,
Greg

]]>Hello, we are trying to create pins from an existing mySQL database. How can we leverage your plugin to create pins using the address information in this database? I noticed in the FAQs that you said we could use phpAdmin or another mySQL tool to do this, I was just looking for some more specific information on how.
Thank you for your time,
Matt
Is it possible for the user to search by Categories?
If, this would help me alot.
Just installed today and very happy so far. Good work!
]]>I have the map pins plugin installed (Great looking btw!), but the enter your postal code, my location or opening hours aren’t working.
Now I know why the opening hours aren’t working since I didn’t put any of them anywhere, but my location and the search option aren’t responding either.
]]>Hi, i want add an icon on Mappins Configuration.
But i don’t find how to configure this.
I have an icon in format .png

]]>Hi Guys,
I love the concept of the plugin (and its aesthetically awesome!) but I am having some issues.
Take a look at: https://www.samsonandherculesapartments.com/where-we-are/ as you can see despite the address It just places me off of the coast of Africa!
Could this be a jQuery issue? I have encountered this before with another plugin that called jQuery. The site already uses jQuery so could the issue come from it being called again?
Any help would be great,
Thanks,
Phil
Is there a way to add few additional fields to the pinned site information such as Fax number or contact person, etc.?
]]>I’m receiving the following error when I try to activate the plugin. My test site is southernpicker.com/antiques. If you can give me any advice to resolve this error I’d appreciate it.

For a project I would like to use Map Pins.(www.kenjedatzaakje.nl)

With kind regards,
