I seem to be having an issue with the vendor onboarding form. After a recent update in the past few months (not sure which one), the upload button for attaching KYC documents is missing. Result is that I cannot onboard anymore vendors. Woocommerce Mangopay plugin health shows it is fine.

]]>Due to a change of the id-schema in the Mangopay API, the user_id
is no more a pure int
value but has now a format like user_m_<some_id>
In the function get_mp_user
in mangopay.inc.php
there is a check
if(!$mp_user_id || $mp_user_id=="" || intval($mp_user_id)<=0){
return false;
}
which will always fail due to the changed format. This function is for example called when the user wants to see the wcv_shop_settings
.
Is there any chance for an updated plugin version soon? The last update is quite a while ago and I am afraid this is not the only issue in the plugin due to the id-format changes.

we often encounter a problem when a user purchases multiple products, because then the transfers are not executed. Thus we have to manually check all bookings and create transfers as needed. This is rather exhausting especially when the number of purchases increases.
It does not matter if the products are purchased from different vendors.
We think this might be a timing issue, since we have no physical products and use autocomplete to finish bookings it might occur to Mangopay that the money is not on the wallet yet when trying to create the transfer.
Is there a solution to make sure, that transfer will always be created as needed after the pay in is done?

Hi, the language source file is mangopay-fr_FR but this file don’t include all used translations in your code. So it’s impossable to translate the plugin in a custom language by 100%.
For example: “Your wallet is not yeat configured.”

Do you have any known issues with the redirection of a user to the payment page ? On my side (SANDBOX), when a client is requesting to pay by card, a “loading” logo appears but then the user isn’t redirected and remain on the same page.
The transaction is well created on my mangopay account, but remains Created and then fails due to no redirection.
I’m using the woocommerce plugin, Mangopay woocomerce plugin, WC Vendors. Mangopay is fully configured (sandbox) with all health checks green.

Logically I should have the credit card that was added to the customer’s account in question, so I’ll look on the dashboard (sandbox) to check that everything went well and I don’t see any credit card added anywhere.
So I decide to do a server-side check without going through the dashboard and when I search for a map via the token and a request “….ClientId/cardregistrations/CardRegistrationId/” and I get that no resources are found.
So I asked the MangoPay technical service by phone to find help and asked me to post my concern here.

J’ai un problème avec les champs obligatoires suivants :
Nationalité est obligatoire !
Nationalité de facturation est obligatoire.
Date de naissance de facturation est obligatoire.
De meme, si je veux éditer un compte utilisateur, je ne peux pas.
J’ai un message “date de naissance obligatoire” et ce meme si une date est bien saisie. Il y a un sélecteur de date avec le format d/m/Y et j’ai essayé 10/10/1970. Il est impossible de modifier n’importe quel champ dans le compte utilisateur à cause de cette erreur de date bloquante.
Est-ce qu’on peut désactiver ces trois champs obligatoires ? ou est-ce qu’il existe un paramétrage particulier ?

I want my rental marketplace users to pay the booking price + a security deposit at checkout when they make a reservation. I read that to do this there is the pre-authorization function of the mangopay plugin which blocks the amount of the deposit on the credit card and if the rental is successful, it returns the deposit to the customer. Concrètement ce serait lié à un module de réservation : le client règle sur place et la somme ne doit être débitée par Woocommerce que s’il ne se présente pas au rendez-vous (“no-show”).

I installed wordpress plugin on mangopay and wcfm plugin installed on mangopay and using sandbox api I monitored the performance on mangope,
1. When I create an account as a vendor, after filling the form from the wcfm setup wizard, I don't see any form filled fields from the vendor account settings, and no mangopay wallet is created.
2. After filling and submitting the form from vendor settings, the account starts loading.
3. No kyc verification
4. Vendor's address is not visible in api dashboard after filling the form. (The form takes infinite loading but some fields are filled when the page refreshes)
5. Mangope does not work with membership registration.
Please let me know what I can do about these problems!

The website is a Multivendor marketplace where any user can register as a vendor and can sell his online product. It is based on WordPress with the following features:

We have enabled WordPress debugger and noticed that this is a fatal error, and the error comes from the KYC function ( Please have a look above the video)

When client: saznonlinetest is checking out, he no longer sees the option of payin with credit card. This has disappeared as before it used to work normally.
We have verified and:
-He has correctly enabled the MANGOPAY API and has enabled the payment method credit card.
-He does not use any other plug-in
-No error appears in his console (only this message: the resource “URL” has been blocked because the content blocking is enabled.)
Could you please advise what could the client do in order to be able to finish his orders and pay by credit card?

I have a question regarding order status failed and cancelled using Mangopay.
if a payment by credit card has failed, the order status changes to failed which is documented in the order notes.

So far, so predictable.
But after that the order gets cancelled within the same minute. And as far as I read the documentation, this should only happen if the customer or administrator cancel the order, which is not the case. Here is the added order note entry:

Since this happened quite a lot (e.g. if a credit card has not activated 3D Secure) and the customers successfully booked right the failed/cancelled order I don’t think any of them actively cancelled a failed order.
If they were able to pay for a failed order, it could be completed without creating a new order number and generating new e-mails and such.
Is this a bug? How can the cancelled order state be prevented in such a case?

We have updated our Woocommerce instance with WC Vendor (Version 2.4.0 ) and WC Vendor pro (Version 1.8.1 |) plugin in our WordPress.
Since this update, all orders passed are double in the WC Vendor commission table and due to this new working process commission are sent to the vendor two times in each Mangopay Wallet. First time for the correct records in WC Vendor commission table and a second time with wrong information.
Can you confirm us Mangopay woocommerce plugin works with the latest version of WC Vendor Pro (Change log : https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors/blob/master/changelog.txt) ans specifically with the new records in WC Vendor commission table (Here : https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors/pull/806)

]]>The company number in Germany has the following scheme according to Mangopay:
2-3 letters + 1-6 numbers (LLLXXXX) or 2-3 letters + 1-6 numbers + 1 letter (LLLXXXXXXL) or 2-3 letters + 1-6 numbers + 1-2 letter (LLLXXXXXXLL)
In check_company_number_patterns($company_number) function a check is given for a fixed number of digits.
Thus, validation will fail if a company number contains 2-3 letters + 4 or 5 numbers or 2-3 letters + 4 or 5 numbers + 1-2 letters.
This validation is required for companies in Germany. Without an adjustment of the validation function a commercial use of this plug-in is not possible for german companies.
Fix the validation method or insert an hook. BTW: I need these changes in short time.
