No conflicts with a very delicate build. Does exactly what uit says and has a nice search for the meta-data. This plugin is going to save time and expense for many people. Nice work!
I am using it with JSM Show User Meta. These make a great pair and work well together.

Sweet little thing – but does not allow to suppress these columns: Comments, Last login, Failed login attempts, Registered
So I had to install the much larger plugin (grr) “Admin Columns”. Which also allows you to set the width of the columns.

Great plugin. Does the job well. Few User column management options out there but this does it well and for free. Used it to figure out which customers didn’t enter certain details and were most likely spam accounts. Thank you for this great plugin!
One thing it seems that sorting the columns does so by name of the user, rather than the new column would be selected. Would be nice to have columns with no details entered to come first or last based on the admin’s selection.
