This is a really useful plugin for disabling those annoying ‘plugin x has just automatically updated’ emails.
Suggestion for author – the plugin isn’t easy to find in WordPress’s plugin search for terms like ’email notifications’. This is because you spell email as e-mail. This might be the technically correct spelling, but it’s not helping people find your plugin. I would consider changing the spelling.

This plugin no longer works and seems to have been abandoned. Within the past half year, users were complaining they weren’t receiving the password reset emails. Sure enough, we found it was this plugin preventing password reset emails from going out. Disabled it and all is working as should now.

You’d think that if WordPress was going to have automated emails, they’d let you de-activate them! Not to mention that the way the emails are written looks and sounds totally phishy. Thanks to this plugin I’ve ridden the site of the phishy-looking emails going to users.

I wanted to stop the password changed for user email, but it does not allow me to stop it without stopping lost password emails. the maker of this plugin needs to split lost password and changed password into two separate tick boxes.. and don’t tell me you can’t, because this is opensource.. make that sh*t happen!

with this option, when unchecked, the forgotten password request e-mails will be shafted too.

I installed this on all my websites and I’m still getting the email “Some plugins were updated…”
I tried it with the boxes unchecked, then again with all the boxes checked. Either way, I’m still getting the emails.
I’m running the latest version of WordPress 5.8.3 using the Hello Elementor Theme.

I have installed and activated the plugin. But I can’t understand how it works. I also don’t understand why notifications cannot be customized, there is no option for this.
I have made a test record where a notification should reach me, but this does not work either, since I get absolutely nothing.
I don’t understand how it works and I see that this plugin has a lot of deficiencies in its functions. I do not recommend it.
