First off, great plugin! This is a huge help to block customers from entering in a PO Box for shipping as our UPS account doesn’t allow for shipping to PO Boxes.
Is there a way to have to allow the WooCommerce billing address information to contain a PO Box while still having the restriction on shipping not allowing for a PO Box? With more people working from home now, we have had several customers that can’t place an order through our website because their credit cards are now associated with a PO Box instead of a physical address.
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
]]>We tried to use this plugin to deny po boxes for a single shipping methods, but it denys for all methods. I unchecked activate restrictions globally, and then it says to “please enter address” and does not validate any address we input.
We would really like to use this plugin. Please get back to me soon.
]]>This pattern was allowed through, though the plugin lists ‘po box’ as restricted.
PO Box 544
Does the plugin also check the 2nd address line, i.e. the one for “Apartment, suite, unit, etc. (optional)”?
That’s were this string was. Some post offices do allow using a street address, so it should filter both fields, I’d think. (https://pe.usps.com/text/pub28/28c2_040.htm)
Can this be confirmed one way or the other?
If it is checking both fields, any idea why this would have gotten through?
Thanks,
Michael
I have tried everything but it is doe snot work? Can you point me in the right direction? I can private message you the info if needed. I am at a dead end.
]]>Hi,
I want to add new word filter for PO. I clicked on the guide you included but it’s a bit confusing. Can you explain the code? I just want to add the string P/O
Thanks
]]>Hey – will you be releasing a multisite compatible version for this? Be awesome if you do (or any advise) ??
]]>We are getting this error in the plugin page:
Notice: Constant WC_SHIPPING_AUSTRALIA_POST_PLUGIN_URL already defined in /var/www/app/
]]>Hi team,
Is it possible to add a new term – ‘parcel locker’ – to the exclusion list? I can’t figure out how to do it myself ??
(…or alternatively, instructions on how to edit the list myself would also be awesome!)
Cheers,
Caroline
I can’t activate your plugin. I have WooCommerce 3.4.3 and I have updated the DB and all other plugins.
Let me know if you need to login to the dashboard.
Please advise,
Thanks,
Randal
]]>At check out Detail page, it does a great job rejecting all P.O. Boxes … however … if i scroll down to check off “Ship to a different address?” this field will accept a PO Box even though in the settings restricts POBox … unless I’m doing this wrong.
Great plugin. I look forward to hearing from you.
]]>Hello, I’m getting this message when logged in to the admin area plugin page.

I’ve got WP_debug and WP_debug_display set to false.
Any thoughts?
]]>Hi! We want to enable/disable PO Box shipping based on shipping class. Is this possible to do with your plugin? We only want to disable PO Box shipping for one shipping class within one shipping zone. Thanks!
]]>It seems that the remove_menu_page( 'mm_wc_no_po_boxes' );
doesn’t work.
How do I remove the menu page then?
Please advise. Thank you.
]]>I love this plugin but it seems to keep switching to disabled and we only notice when a PO box order comes through. I’ve tried to narrow down what might be switching it to disabled but can’t get it happening consistently. I’ve tried
– General wordpress updates
– Other plugin updates
– Git actions on the server
Do you know of any issues or potential causes that might switch it off? If not is there something I can add in my functions that would override that switch and set it to enabled all the time?
Thanks
]]>I like this plugin a lot. Does what I need it to do accept that I use two shipping methods. USPS, and UPS. I can ship and I want to ship to PO Box numbers in USPS, but not UPS. Can this be an option that you can add?
