Is it possible to also send from multiple domains via the Sendgrid Mailster Integration – currently this is not working?

Hello, I uses wp mailster with sendgrid. I am quite happy with it except that I badly need the bounce integration.

In the doc page (https://kb.mailster.co/how-to-handle-bounces-with-sendgrid/), it s written that there are 2 options in the delivery tab….
I have correctly done what is shown in this doc page (the I use the smtp api key, and no more the web api key)

BUT, but but
When I send a testing mail campain (only 2 good mails and 2 to be bounced), the campain page displays the following messages :

There is a problem while requesting suppressions from SendGrid:
Cannot read Bounces:
Cannot read Blocks:
Cannot read Spam reports: Reject

And the campain is NOT sent !
I don’t know at all what to do with that !

In addition, the bounce that was GOOD before I change the api key from sendgrid (see above), is now giving the following error message :
It looks like your bounce server setting is incorrect! Last error:
Connection error: Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Authentication failed.

I have tried “everything” to set it back as a good bounce server (except changing to another delivery method) and nothing to do !!!

Big big thanks to tell me what to do…
Presently nothing works and I feel fully lost !

we receive the following error messages in our admin area:

There is a problem while requesting suppressions from SendGrid: 
Cannot read Bounces: cURL error 51: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'api.sendgrid.com'
Cannot read Blocks: cURL error 51: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'api.sendgrid.com'
Cannot read Spam reports: cURL error 51: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'api.sendgrid.com'
Cannot read Unsubscribes: cURL error 51: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'api.sendgrid.com'

The API key ist okay and we send the emails with the WEB API. The bounces handling via SendGrid and the secure connection is enabled.

How we can fix this?

Hey

I would like to optimize the delivery of Mailster newsletters send via Sendgrid. Therefor I want to know if there is a limit on how many mails I should send at once?

In my settings under Delivery I’ve set this:

Send max 200 emails at once and max 10000 within 24 hours.

Could I speed up the delivery process by increasing the limit to eg. 1000?

I’m on the Essential plan at SendGrid.
