Hi,
I’ve just setup the plugin using v2 keys.
However, I can’t get the recaptcha to show.
I noticed that if I put invalid keys into the settings, there’s no validation to reject them.
How can I check that the recaptcha is working?
]]>I’m new to Mailster and this plugin, and am just setting it up.
I see in the settings there is a check box to enable it for the default form.
However, I don’t see any settings to enable this for the Block Forms which is in beta.
I see form the change log of the plugin that block forms are supported, so just wanted to check what I need to do in order to makes sure it’s working for them?
Thanks!
As reCaptcha is using Google Fonts. Is there a way to load these locally in connection with signup-forms?
Thank you
Dear Support team,
we are using the plugin for our german newsletter list.
We have now decided to offer our English-speaking customers an English newsletter. But in the plugin Mailster > settings > reCaptcha, I can only define Engish or German.
But I would need both to be selected for each language page with a matching reCaptcha. Because we are using Polylang, I already tried to switch the admin panel into English and selected English (for the reCaptcha) and switched then the admin panel to German and selected German for the reCaptcha. But this overwrites the settings defined previously.
Please be so kind as to share any hints you might have.
Plugin Versions: 1.6
Kind regards,
Philipp

]]>Hi there,
I was running some tests on GTMetrix and noticed that with Mailster reCaptcha activated my site takes a full 2 seconds more to load?!
Is this usual or do you think I may have missed a setting or something?
Any suggestions on how I can reduce this extra load time would be very welcome.
Thank you for your help!
Kind regards,
JP
Hi there,
I have WP Rocket with defer js active, but am seeing several defer reCaptcha js file recommendations in GTMetrix with the plugin active.
Is it possible to defer the reCaptcha js files?
Thanks for your help!
Kind regards,

Hi,
I noticed a couple of users can not confirm their sign-up request due to re-captcha problem when they open the confirmation link from their email. How can we ignore re-captcha when a user just doing confirmation?
Thanks
]]>I had about 2000 spam signups come through on my mailster list, that was originally unprotected by the Google recaptcha (this causes problems with AWS and Comcast of course, as it generates complaints through the double-optin email sent to the spam mailbox). I then installed the recaptcha plugin and checked it. Over the next few days ANOTHER 2000 spam signups came in. I had to deactivate mailster on my site until i can figure out what’s happening.
My question: How is this possible that spam signups get through the recaptcha? Is it possible that there is some form code that can be copied, that references the original (not protected) form? What would you advise I do here?
Appreciate any help on this because I am truly mystified.
]]>I have several forms on my website, and reCAPTCHA was working fine when I first installed it a few months ago. Now, reCAPTCHA is no longer showing up on any of my forms. I was informed of this when a spammer signed up through a form today.
I have toggled between v2 and v3 in the plugin settings and nothing is populating.
What could be the issue here?
]]>Hello,
when using V3 it shows a little badge on the right bottom. It seems that its active.
But it is not possible to signup. It always shows the error message “please proof that you are human” which i configured in the mailster recaptcha plugin.
]]>The “protected by recaptcha badge” is super intrusive in my page. I was getting a lot of spam sign-ups that resulted in bounces and spam complaints so I had to install this plugin. After installing the plugin, the spam sign ups became 0 but there is an intrusive badge in the bottom right corner. It collides with my share buttons and gets in the way of the mobile experience of my website.
Please enable an option to hide the recaptcha badge or add it somewhere else like the footer or sidebar.
]]>Hi there,
Just implemented V3. Created new keys and have entered them and it all looks ok but when i test the form, i keep getting:
Following fields are missing or incorrect
Please prove that you are human!
How can i test to make sure it’s working correctly? Thanks
]]>Hello,
does this plugin support recaptcha V3? I was trying to integrate it and get
ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type
Kind Regards,
mikrob
The plugin works correctly in normal forms, but not in the “buttons” mode (these that pops up)
]]>It would be great if the plugin could support Invisible reCaptcha. I’ve set up invisible API credentials but the plugin still displays the standard reCaptcha box.
