Unfortunately it doesn’t yet work with WooCommerce 3.1
Did some further checks and it works perfectly with WooCommerce 3.1 as well.
Great plugin, does what it promises! Thanks for this!

Weird formatting on WP 4.7.4 with WC 3.0.5. What’s with the slash in line 1? The opt-in checkbox overlaps with my custom text in line 2.
