Does anyone know how I could get this plugin to connect to Reach Mail’s API, to sync WordPress Users > to my Reach Mail mailing list?

Replace or remove "Phone" fields from form?

The plug-in added Phone and Extension fields to the registration form. I don’t want to ask users for those when they register. How do I remove them from the form?

How do I avoid having the following on my registration form?

You must click on Terms to view and accept the terms before registering for access to this site.

I already have Terms of Use handled another way, as well as Captcha and a spam stopper plug-in.
