Validation is not working for email or name as it will take even when submitted with empty space and valid email format is not taking ex: [email protected] or required field for name.

When I enable your plugin, I lose my WooCommerce Coupons menu item. It’s supposed to show up under the Marketing tab, but the Marketing tab completely goes away.
How do I get back the Marketing tab?

This plugin is lightweight and does exactly what is needed. I just wonder if it’s possible to automatically create a ‘subscriber’ WordPress user automatically when the user submits name and email. The purpose of this is to integrate it to the plugin Better Notifications for WordPress, which is also a simple plugin and supports custom post types : )

When entering an email into the form, no confirmation message is displayed. When visiting the Subscribers tab, only see “No mailing list subscribers have been added.”

mysql_query needs a link identifier created by mysql_connect with proper credentials or it tries to open one with the system user running php.
In my case this user is coucou, but there isn’t any mysql user by that name.
Your plugin must work, i suppose, in an automated hosting environment where the system user is most often the same as the mysql user, but that’s not the case every time.
Please consider updating your code using wordpress database class

]]>Hello! I’m trying to import a csv file of contacts from our old site, but when I upload the csv file, it says “0 records have been imported. 46 could not be imported due to invalid email addresses.”
I basically exported a csv file from the NEW site (where this plugin is installed) and replaced the names and emails with the list from the OLD site (so as to ensure I was using the same parameters required for this plugin) and no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
