Thanks for a great plugin. But i have come up against a challenge. How do I remove someone from a campaign because it was successful and I don’t want to send the follow up emails in the sequence?

Does your plugin provide the opportunity to send one time emails to my website visitors when they provide their email addresses? I want to offer some incentives to increase my conversion rates.

As you see, the mail mint automation has to send a “Welcome abroad” email whoever is submitting the newsletter form. This is a simple opt-in automation. When the user submit their email in the newsletter, The trigger works,

Totally 7 contacts and 100% of triggering process is done

Then, it start assigning the tags for 7 contacts and it also 100% process is done

Finally it has to send the welcome email. you can see 7 contacts but 0% is done.

Initially I was thinking this may be an wp-smtp error, then i went to WP-SMTP to check and everything, and all are working fine, Then I went back to the Automation and there is an option called “Preview and Test”, i click it, it is working fine and i’m able to receive the test mail successfully, So it is clear the error must be in plugin to automate this process. it’s not sending the email automatically.

When a new user signs up, the link to Subscription Confirmation only works if I’m logged into WP and use the same browser – it goes to the subscription confirmation page and the user becomes subscribed. If I use a private window or a different browser (where I’m not logged into WP), the link goes to the home page and the user is still pending.

I run a website where I don’t collect user’s first names or surnames. Except from paying users since they have to pay with credit/debit.

However, I do allow users to create their own username upon registration.

So, when I’m sending an email, I want to use that username, so is the {{username}} variable for Mint Mail an option?

As soon as the “submit” is done, mail mint starts an automation before the form submission is validated. Seems to be even before re-captcha validates.

We added the WP Armour Honeypot, and that stops CF7 from submitting in many cases, but Mail Mint still takes over and sends the emails regardless.

When Double Opt-in is enabled at :

SETTINGS >>> Double Opt-in >>> Enable Double Opt-In, an email message is sent to the subscriber.

The “click here to confirm your subscription” link in the email message is broken, it reads:

https://https//site-domain-name/?mrm=1&route=confirmation&hash=……………..……………….

We checked this file : /wp-content/plugins/mail-mint/app/MrmCommon.php

And at around line 381, changed this:

<p>Click <a href="https://{{subscribe_link}}" data-wplink-url-error="true">here</a> to confirm your subscription.</p>

to this:

<p>Click <a href="{{subscribe_link}}" data-wplink-url-error="true">here</a> to confirm your subscription.</p>

And it seemed to fix the problem.

Perhaps you can kindly take a look and update your plugin ?

Hello Mail Mint

we have installed Email Marketing Automation v.1.11.0 and created a simple popup form using the Subscribe Newsletter template, set to appear on all pages, and hide for 7 days.

After the form has been submitted it shows a success message and redirects to the configured page.

But the popup keeps reappearing. The same happens when the CLOSE button is clicked.

We expected the popup not to reappear if a form was submitted, or the CLOSE button was clicked.

We tried creating an automation with 1 year delay after form submitted but there is no option to prevent the form appearing anyway.

WordPress version 6.5.3, default TwentyTwentyFour theme, with no other plugins installed

as i wanted my own e-mail template / cooperate design with the double opt-in verification e-mail. I created a nice looking template within the automation tab. exported as .png and added the image to the double opt-in e-mail-body and linked the image with

I created an incoming webhook and assigned the unsubscribe status to it, but when users arrive they enter as subscribe, when I reload the webhook page the unsubscribe changes to subscribe, I think it’s not saving the option I defined.

I have seen that upgrading PHP version to 8.1 gives some problems if you have wordpress debug enabled:

hey there,

i have a form which adds a tag to a user. all was working before, but since a few updates, it stopped working. i have tried everything now and it just is not starting the automation or sending the email.

did you changed anything?
