This issue was addresses a couple years ago, and was marked “resolved”, but I am still having an issue with the “Invalid OAuth State” error. I have followed the instructions closely, private/incognito windows in Firefox, safari, and chrome, but this has not resolved the issue. My site will sent new account emails, but not order notification emails. And when I authorize the plugin to integrate, it will say that it is configured, but if you refresh the page, the Invalid OAuth State error will pop up. What else am I missing?
]]>Does this release support MFA? MFA was recently enabled for the user used for authorization. This broke communication to AD and Exchange. Disabling MFA for that user temporarily resolves the issue. Is there a solution to this?

I am seeing an issues when trying to use this plugin in conjunction with Gravity Forms. When sending notifications with attachments, the page reports success but no email is sent.
I have checked with the Gravity forms developers and they have said the mail function is successfully called.
Everything works for other emails (password reset, etc).
Can anyone provide any tips for resolution?

]]>Hi, we set up the plugin according to the instructions, Version 1.8.6.
It is working without the ‘Enable send as’ feature and is sending emails from [email protected], but when we activate the ‘Enable send as’ feature, no email is being sent (Nothing happens). The ‘send as’ permission doesn’t seem to be working. From our view everything has been configured correctly.
Any ideas for troubleshooting this?

I would like to ask for input on how to analyze problems on the way.
Currently everything in wordpress looks good, the mails are sent out according to the mail log in wordpress, but for some reason it is not. IT has a hard time figuring out how to analyze this on the Microsoft side, so it would be great to get some input.

My site are not working as expected. I’ve followed the guide, but no mails was sent.
I’ve now walked all the way through each lib, to see where it goes wrong, and mail-integration-365/libs/vendor/league/oauth2-client/src/Provider/AbstractProvider.php
returns the following error:

I would just like to point out, if a (maybe not that technical person) person are trying to sent mails without the proper subscription, or whatever else, it’s **very** hard to track down the error, cause (as pr. my understanding) I’ve not found the error-log or simular thing to slot this error.
I ended up running through the code and error_log(ging) every step, to see where it did go wrong, to error_log all the request from the lib.
That’s just my feedback. Overall a great plugin!
And… Did I get my mailiing solution to work? Well, that’s still unclear – waiting on answer, to calidate that’s my current service supports the sendMail action in Microsoft Graph.

Response: Plugin is configured to send mail via Office 365
Then I use ‘WP Better Emails’ Version 0.4 By Nicolas Lemoine to send a test email.
Response: An email preview has been successfully sent to [email protected]
However, I don’t receive any emails, and ‘Log Emails’ Version 1.4.0 By WebAware does not show any emails sent.
Response: No email logs found
I am not getting any error messages and everything looks as if everything is working, however, the test/preview message just seems to go into a black hole.
It would be very helpful if the plugin ‘Mail Integration for Office 365/Outlook’ had a test configuration button or some way to log/trace what is happening with the connection to Office 365/Outlook.

On step 7 when authorizing the plugin I enter the credentials for the email account I want to send from. After entering the account password MS asks if you want to keep being logged in. Does it matter what i choose here?
Also what happens when this “log in” session is expired? Is the plugin able to reauthorize on its own?

I am trying to re-authenticate the plugin and I have followed the tutorial exactly as it says, several times with plugin delete between to clean the database. When I press authenticate and login to my mail, I get a white screen and it just says ”Application not configured” even tho I have everything setup correctly both on our site and on microsoft. Please if anyone know why this is happening, we need our mail to work yesterday and I am clueless..

In my woocomerce settings under “emails” I have multiple people who are supposed to receive an email when a new order is placed. This doesn’t work after migrating to the Office 365 plugin. If I change to 1 email (e.g. [email protected] instead of [email protected],[email protected]) then it works.
I made a workaround but wanted to let you know about this bug.
