I have installed the latest version of the Magic Members plugin (v1.8.7) and its backend UI is not working because of jQuery.
The Magic Member plugin depends on the old legacy version of jQuery (1.12*) and is not supported with the latest jQuery because jQuery has completely removed the browser() support.
The only solution that I came up with, is to install the JQuery Migrate helper plugin but this is just a temporary solution.
Please guide some solid permanent solution to fix this.

Can you think of a reason if via your plugin accounts would just delete or disappear? In other words someone pays and is signed up and then at random the account just disappears
