How do I get the image thumbnails to show up?

Just wondering, I just installed the plugin and everytime I create a new member it gives a 404 error:

Not Found

The requested URL /wp-admin/admin.php was not found on this server.

Are you able to shed some light on this please?

Does you plugin support 5 Generations? I have 5 family’s that need to be created.
