When using HTML special chars as search string, e.g.

then replacements work when saving Lucas settings for the first time. However in the settings screen, the special chars appear interpreted now, so the special char above becomes a dash “–”. Then, when saving a second time, replacements for a string containing this special char don’t work anymore.
