Hi, is this plugin abandoned? Or will you be updating?

Hi! I am running Lordicon plugin version 2.0.1 on a WordPress install, and I just noticed that the icon in my header has vanished. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I was able to find a solution here. I followed Lordicon’s instructions to correct the issue that time, and it was worked for the past 10 months, but just stopped working again. Is there another plugin update coming to fix this? I have WordPress 6.1.1, and I noticed the WP plugin page says Lordicon is compatible up to WordPress 5.7.8. Please update so I can restore the icon!

The option to have an element as target for the hover animation is missing from the WP plugin. It only works to hover the icon itself, not for instance the icon’s parent container. This feature works if I write my own JS-config but I need it to be available in the plugin. Will you please add this feature?

Hi! I’ve been using lordicon to showcase an animated logo in the header of my WordPress site. It has worked fine for more than a year. I re-uploaded the json file after the lord icon plugin updated to v2.0 and it continued working after that. Today I noticed my icon is not showing up and I’m not sure how long it has been this way. I have rewatched the official how to video and triple checked everything.

I am using a WordPress theme that has elementor as a basis. I have always used the shortcode to insert the icon. Today I tried installing and using the Unlimited Elements widget tool, and that isn’t working for me either.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Hi, I paid for a PRO account and tried to download the lottie JSON for this icon, however there’s a LORDICON.COM watermark that flashes inside the icon… How can I remove it?

I’m using Lordicon (Pro) on a WordPress website with the Lordicon plugin loaded.
The icons are set up and appear properly but for no reason, sometimes the icons doesn’t show up, leaving a blank space.

I see no pattern / no reason, and it’s affecting all the icons randomly (not a specific page). Sometimes, it affects just a few of them and load the others…

Is this a common issue?

I am adding LordIcons to my WordPress site. Since the update to version 2.0, nothing happens when I click on the ‘colors’ button in the Gutenberg editor. I have tried this with multiple icons.

I have also tried changing the color in the shortcode by adding ‘colors=”primary:#ffffff,secondary:#ffffff”‘ or ‘colors=”primary:#ffffff”‘ but nothing seems to work.

Do you know what could be causing this?

After today update of the plugin, icons vanished. Seems that I’ve to re-upload into the wordpress library. Unfortunately i don’t have the icons on my computer in this moment. Very disappointed!

How do we remove the watermark that’s on the majority of the icons?
I have the paid version,

I’ve emailed the lordicon team several times, they said it’s a bug,

But gave no input on fixes or alternatives.

I paid for icons, not for watermarks.

I had issues with the plugin when Oxygen Builder is used.

Pls see the attached screenshot there is a lord-icon JS error which cause another errors is Oxygen Builder too.

Is there a way to remove uploaded icons?

How can I add title text and a description to the icon where I can mouse over the text and also start the animation.
I can only add the icon to it.
Also try to edit the svg css and it won’t let me.
As I manage to edit the css, apparently the style is calling it with some type of iframe in js.

I recently upgraded from v1.4.6 > v1.6.0 and all my icons broke. When I restored the json files it would no longer support the custom colors I was using in the shortcode. I rolled back to the previous version and it works again as normal. I have not customized any of the plugin files. Just fyi…

Hello! I recently paid for your product, which is going to be great as a design resource. I noticed today after designing yesterday a few shortcodes, that they became invalid. After looking further, I see that the icons that were available yesterday when designing are no longer in the list to create/use – which is why they were showing invalid. I used different icons to resolve this issue, but do you know what caused this problem?
