We are using the PRO version of Logo Slider plugin, however, it suddenly stopped working and is no longer displaying on our website. We have tried creating a new slider, but there is always an infinite spinning loading circle where the logo slider should be. We have been trying to contact their support for months, but they have not responded! So, we are leaving this review in hopes that they will finally notice us!

Hi. I was hoping to find a setting that would enable the alt text tag. It’s important for accessibility of a page. I would be very happy it if automatically populated with the company_name field. Since you have the company name already it should be fairly straight forward to add it to the output. Thanks!

I have setup infinite loop for the logo carousel but it is not working and it stops after few seconds. Can you please help?

We are bought your plugin but didn’t receive any updates from your support as we file a ticket that the slider is having delay on mouse hover. Also, you have web accessibility issue since the alt text is not displayed in the image tag. How you fix this? You never replied to my tickets.

Links are not working. On click on any logo does nothing. On hover it’s shows ” javascript:void(0); ” Please fix and share the method to fix it.

Hi,
I’m using your great plugin great plugin behavior.
After a few month of use, I would like to address one thing that you may want to fix.
When viewing slider through Desktop slider is moving logos one-by-one.
While this is a natural behavior when you view the slider on a mobile phone (when you see only one logo at a time on screen), when a user visits exposed to slider trough desktop or a tablet, this is a bit irritating, as most of the time the slider shows the same logo + one new logo each movement to the side.

I would like to suggest that the slider will roll each movement the whole row on screen, based on the user device and number of logon shown on the row.

Foe example, is a user visits through desktop that shows 5 logos in a row, then each carousel sliding will roll into the next 5 logos, and not adding only one new logo at a time as currently.

I am still testing the plugin and I set 3 logos. If the “infinite loop” is activated, the logos show ok on the desktop (5 logos – 2 repeats). As soon as I deactivate the Infinite loop, no logos are shown anymore. I need the option to have fewer legos and no slider if fewer are added. Is that even possible with this plugin?

Tooltip feature has a two different settings for the text Background/Border and for the arrow background- is very frustrating. Beside the fact that the arrow has not border width settings, it is very challenging to set both in the same exact color using this method. I thing that the arrow should use the same settings as the text background.

When choosing a color in the color pallet of any background color settings, the color pallet is closed when touching the inner circle that is used to choose a color.

Logo Brand URL won’t save names which include quotation mark. i.e “Doctor’s Best”. It saves only “Doctor”.

The links I have set for each logo does not work.

Is there a way in Settings or with a snippet of additional code to stop the images from being clickable? I just want them to show up with no hover-over clickable indication at all. Currently when users hover over the images, the mouse icon changes as if the images clickable but they aren’t and it confuses visitors.

How do I turn off the clickable feature for all images?

I am using the Logo Slider WP by LogicHunt.com in my website. I ran a site audit via ahrefs and I get an error saying there is a double slash in the url below between “assets” and “lib”. Are you able to fix this? Perhaps a new version that fixes this error that we can update? Or can you please advise how I would fix this? Thank you.

I was very happy when I found your plugin. it looked very easy to use and had all the right functions.

But now I’m trying to make the slider go really slow, with acceleration or de-acceleration, but after some time the slider ‘jumps’ to the start again instead of looping it. Am I doing something wrong?

After updating a newer version of the logo slider, the logos were no longer displayed in the right place. I tried to adjust this, but it didn’t work. So I removed the slider to try again. After this, a black bar appeared all over the site. I don’t know how to solve this, that’s why I need your help.

I inform you that there is incompatibility with the EDUMA elearning theme, certain widgets are blocked or cluttered. Additionally, the widths of the sections are also affected if a shortcode is used as an example. It only works if you put the simple shortcode.

Carousel is no longer working since last upadte in arabic version.
After every update, I used to add “rtf:true” in “var logocarouselParams = { ” in
logo-slider-wp/public/assets/js/logo-slider-wp-public.js

this used to fix the problem.

But this time it’s not working, I add the rtf line in logo-slider-wp-public-dep.js
but carousel still not showing.

We’re running version 2.3.4 and all works fine but when we’ve tried updating the plugin the carousel breaks and displays all images vertically.

Can you advise if there is a fix for this before we do any further troubleshooting?

The plugin is inserted via shortcode as a gutenberg block

Absolutely great plugin.

I allow some front end post submission on my site. For paragraph (rich text) field, I use and display TinyMCE editor. Logo Slider adds a “LS” insert logo button into TinyMCE and I cannot figure out how to prevent this. Site users do not need access to Logo Slider, it is an admin only plugin. Roles are properly setup. For example, a subscriber cannot access Logo Slider (I also disable admin toolbar for all but a few roles), however subscribers can see the LS button on TinyMCE on front end. I cannot find any options to disable through TinyMCE admin options and Logo Slider doesn’t provide a setting to disable this. Prefer a code snippet. Please help me disable this button TinyMCE everywhere, for all roles.

WP needs it for lazy load etc.
