The carousel works for me at the start. But if you go to another browser tab, stay there for a few minutes and then return, the carousel stops working. It’s like the Javascript stops if the tab is not in focus. Any clues?

Hello.

Working on our staging site and ran the plugin update today and then saw 2 things occur.

First, and most importantly it changed the scaling on the entire site – so verifying responsiveness with “https://whatismyscreenresolution.net/multi-screen-test” resulted in a total mess of what previously worked great – looked as though it was interfering with my hero key visual (smart slider at the top of the page) and that was NOT an issue…

Second, the logo carousel I had and WAS working just fine – isn’t now.

It looks as though it has aligned them in a vertical column but not displaying the actual images at all and not inline – (the first design option) as it WAS.

(You have to scroll pretty far down the page to see that block doing this)

Please help if you can – will have to remove it if not.

I should mention that I have not upgrade to pro. Do I need to for the Mobile and Tablet views to show only 1 image?

I uninstalled the free version of Logo Carousel Slider then installed and activated the Pro version. The Logo Carousel item no longer appears in the admin menu so there is no way to add slides or categories.

After I have installed the version, site language is changed to English .. the only way I can change it back to Danish is by deactivating your plugin … How do I fix it?

Hi. Plugin is not working anymore in my text widgets, while in pages or posts everything is ok. I already tried using Classic Text Widget to avoid the problem of <p> tags added automatically but nothing changed.
Can you help me somehow?

Ηello, the plugin is great but i have a problem. I didn’t put any link on any of the logo but again if you right click there is a bunch of options. Open in a new tab, save image etc. How can i stop all this? Thanks

This is a great plugin, but the default styles are very unforgiving.

For anyone using this plugin, and uploading logos with varying aspect ratios, I would highly recommend adding the following to your CSS:

We have an issue with some browsers and the carousel plugin.
I some cases the logo-s are not displayed well, and only show 1 when the row is set for 5 logo. it looks like some kind of js bug, or I don’t know.

Works well on Firefox, Chrome (sometimes), IE only big icons, can’t slide.

You can found the problem at the bottom of the page.

Please let me know can I achive a fix.

i have created a logo slider and it works fine however, css relating to the slider is showing on the page.

I have tried contacting you via your website contact page, and have had no response. I’ve tried asking this online in multiple ways but get no reply.

We were using the free version and then started having issues where the logos would disappear off the page. We could still see the widget title but no logos. It was happening across multiple browsers. If I cleared the browser cache, the logos would come back. Then within an hour they would disappear again. After a few days, clearing the cache would not bring the logos back and this was obviously not a good user experience and visitors to the site would not bother clearing there cache NOR even know to do that. Ridiculous. Then clearing the cache stopped working. I then thought I’d give the Pro version a try and see if this resolved the issue, it did not! And have received no response back regarding this. I filled out the contact form on your website with no response and it’s been a week. I’ve removed it from the site until I can resolve this or get a refund on the pro licence.

please contact me ASAP regarding this.

Just to let you know, it doesn’t work with Jetpack’s image optimisation because then the image isn’t local any more for the resize function to do it’s job.

You should add that to the install instructions, since many use Jetpack.

For the moment I still have an image that doesn’t render, if I know more I’ll let you know.

What seems to be the issue when the logo is not appearing in the carousel? Using default shortcode which is [logo_carousel_slider] but no logo is being displayed, just their titles and link…am I missing something? D:

Your plugin just stop working. It display only information: No Logos Found.

We didnt change anything, all logos are in backend, shortcode is in widget…

As it seems, U still offer a PRO solution for 10 dollars and promises support.
Now I have tried here, your site, your youtube channel, and still nothing from U?

Either discountinue the plugin or provide us with some info!

So, I tried the free version of the logo carosel. All fine.

I liked it and bought the PRO-version. I installed the download package that I recieved but now I have two installs and when deactivating the “free” version I dont have any settings tabs or anything in the PRO-version.

So what to do?
