It’s possibly a bug, try to hide de username label and you can’t.
Can you release a fix anytime soon please or is this plugin abandoned?

The first frontend image shown above is using PHP 7.0 and the last one is on PHP 7.1.
I’ve tried downgrading to PHP 5.6 on both them and the glitch also happened. So, it’s not a PHP compat issue. This happens on both WP 4.8.x and 4.9.x. So, it’s a bug, right?
