Hello everyone,
I have noticed that the distance indicated in the plugin differs from Google Maps by up to 50% in some cases. We have a location that is almost exactly 58.6 km away from our location – on the website, however, only 34.3 km are indicated.
How can this be? What is the error here? I would be very grateful for any feedback!

Apparently in the latest plugin version (3.9.25), the store details are shown as plain text. I did a test: I installed the latest version available as rollback (3.9.19) and it worked fine.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find the way to do it. Could you please help me out here?
I have 7 multisite and sharing one database to all of them would be a huge help. Especially, as all of the locations are the same, no matter where they are displayed.

]]>Hi, I’ve tried uploading a 42x42px png icon, but it goes to a White screen after clicking the ‘Insert into Post’ link.
It looks like its trying to refer to a WP post ID ‘0″ – this is the end of the url (mydomain.com)/wp-admin/media-upload.php?type=image&tab=library&post_id=0
Is there a different method for uploading? The WP ‘Browser uploader’ option doesn’t work either. The site is a multisite.

I haven’t changed the API I haven’t added new locations, all of a sudden the following is displayed and has caused the locations to be displayed improperly:

]]>I need three levels of priority instead of two. I found a third option (Always Show) in the plugin file priority/presenter.php
It was commented off. I removed the commenting to activate the option and it seems to work perfectly. I’m assuming there is some kind of issue with this option. Is that true and what issues are there?
Re-uncommenting this to reactivate every time the plugin updates is not an option for me. What can I do to get this functionality (Always Show Priority) back on permanently?

]]>Hello, my Google API key has 4 services active on them:
– Google JS Maps API;
– Geocoding API;
– Geolocation API (Hoped this would solve the error but, bad luck);
– Places API;
Still when i try to search by address it only gives me results by keywords and the following message appears in the console:
“Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key”
As far as I know the API key is just fine. Any idea how can I fix this?

]]>I am not using a google API but I entered in all of the coordinates for our three current locations. When I use a nearby zipcode to try and pull up one of the locations nothing pulls up. The only search which provides actual results is when I use an exact zip code or a portion of the address for the three locations – example: one of the zipcodes is 11795 (and Zip Code 11741 is within 50 miles, which is part of my parameters) but it will only pull up the 11795 location if I type in 11795, West Islip, NY, United States, Union Blvd. etc.
Why won’t it locate nearby results for a given zip code – I want users that are not in the EXACT same town to be able to find us.
