I am trying to change the spelling of ‘Amortisation’ to ‘Amortization’. I found the Tab Field tab and saw that is where it is misspelled, both in the label and in the field on that page in the dashboard. I changed the spelling in the field, but when I hit save, nothing happens and when I come back to htat page it is reverted. I deactivated all the other plugins, but that did not solve the issue. At this point the owners of the site are asking me to remove the plugin because of the misspelling.

As per the this image, it seems that after the update the calculator is not responsive, and it seems the issue is the following code:

.loan-option-text-info .loan-option-text-info-section .loan-option-text-info-block .first-row,
.loan-option-text-info .loan-option-text-info-section .loan-option-text-info-block .second-row {
flex-wrap: no-wrap;
}

I don’t remember this being an issue before the update. I’ve changed the CSS on my side to make it wrap, and that fixes the issue, but thought I would bring it to your attention.

I’m trying to edit the About Calculator Popup Content field, specifically to get rid of the additional H1 tags it is inserting into my page. I can make the edits, but I can’t save them. Any ideas?

You may want to change the H1s to H2’s in that section, they wouldn’t generally be H1’s in that context. Also, I found and changed one that’s not a normal H1 tag in this code:

This plugin is 80% of what I’m looking for, thank you for saving me lots of dev work!

Four things that would make this 100% what I’m looking for:

1. Option to change “no. of payments” to be “Loan Term Length”
   • Instead of “no. of payments = 60 month” option, select it as “‘Loan term length = 5 years” or instead of “no. of payments = 240 month”, user be able to select it as “Loan term length = 20 years”
2. Option to hide “total interest payable” this isn’t super relevant for my users
3. Option to hide the field “payment in arrears”
   • This is a backend calculation, I don’t need users seeing how it is calculated in my use case
   • In the interest rate form field, this would also hide the “p.a.”
4. Front-end checkbox for the user to select “balloon payment” which would toggle on a field entry box of “Amortization” next to “loan term”
   • For instance, a 5 year loan term and a 20 year amortization at 5% interest would automatically calculate the balloon payment

Really really a great plugin.

I suspect there is a slight math error in the calculation. I tested with a couple of different calculators and all of them gave the same result which is slightly different with this cal’s result. below are the screenshots.

Just hoping you can extend the balloon maximum as it is set to 20%. My customer goes to 30% as this is standard here in Australia.

Very nice plugin, maybe the most complete one, but I still feel we miss somethings like:

• fixed field for Interest Rate, I mean that is disabled for user to adjust it
• Option to hide Repayment frequency and payment mode
• Repayment chart would go better below the summary, not side by side
• option to disable sliders

And the most important one, if I disable Fee calculation, the i should be able to declare no fees, but I am obliged to put in at least 1.

I am wondering if its possible to choose Fixed Interest Rate based on item selection, for example:

If I want a loan for a car, the interest rate is fixed at “x”
If I want a loan for an house, the interest rate is “y”
If I want a loan for education, the interest rate is “z”
Etc.

Also, would be awesome if you could add the possibility to choose years as a freq. Do you think that could be done?

I have successfully configured the loan calculator to my taste, but if they click submit, no contact form pops up, even after configuring the form, it doesn’t pop up so they can fill, I need help with this.
