Hi, sometimes when i surf quickly in the website the pre-loader is removed too much sooner.
The option “Hides the loading screen in the onload event of window – or – as soon as possible” is disabled.
There is something that can be done to avoid that behaviour?
Thank you!
Hi, the plugin works great, thank you! But there is one issue: in the product categories in and only the the first line all product pictures are hidden by loading page image when you move the mouse over it. How can I fix this, please? Tnx in advance, Harry
Hi,
would be nice if your plugin have a field in the settings where user can exclude specific links.
I know there is the class no-loading-screen but is hard or impossible in WordPress add a class to all links.
I have social media icons on my website: home page and footer too. All external links to socials will not gives issue but the link to my skype username give issues because is showing the pre-loading. I tried to click on that icon block and add the class no-loading-screen in the block editor but this never help.
Could you exclude from the pre-loading also skype: links? A Skype link is formed by Skype, two fullstop and skype name?

Thank you!
Have a nice start of the week ??
Hello! I really like your plugin, but I can’t change animation icon and remove loading percent. When I make this settings nothing changes on the site (I do click “save settings”).
I tried to upload my own animation gif and choose from default, but it wasn’t saved. What can I do?
Hi i want to add text in bottom of image loader, is that possible?
Hi, could you add an option to exclude from the pre-loading links that are Javascript?
I use the plugin Email Encoder that convert mailto links in a Javascript secure link to avoid spam. If you open the article URL on my blog that i linked to this topic, you will see some sharing icon at the end of the article. The link to share the article by email is a Javascript link and if clicked will show the website loading forever.
I don’t see any reason for include Javascript link for the pre-loader and would be nice a fix or an option to exclude from the pre-loading.
Consider that the issue will also affect all email address encoded by this plugin so, the user click an email address and will see the website loading forever. Would be nice an option to exclude Javascript link. Protect malito links from spam is important so I don’t wanna turn off the email encoder plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
thank you for this amazing plugin that work very well! I love it!
Your support is also very good.
I’m writing to report a small issue: when an email link (malito:) and a phone link (tel:) is clicked the pre-loader for links should be not showed. The pre loader should be showed only for http or https links.
Is there a way to apply the loader to product categories? I can only do this if I choose all pages. This would be a great option! Thanks!
How do I get this to work so that it shows while loading?
I am pretty sure that I have a JS exclusion in my caching plugin however I still have the issue. This is only set to work on 2 pages and really would like it to work.
Hi,
I discovered there is an issue showing the logo on Edge and Chrome. No issue on Firefox. The logo is not fully correctly showed on Chrome and Edge.
See the video here.
As this issue is not present on Firefox but affect only Chrome browsers I also reported on WebCompact.
Hi, happy new year! I hope you are fine!
I’m back using your plugin, seems now the loading screen is showed correctly in all page and subpage. I have just one issue that I don’t see how to resolve and why happen.
Even if the plugin is configured to show loading on all pages, the loading is not showed in the home page. If I change plugin settings and put to load only to home page works, if I put back the settings to loading on all page works and.. after some minutes, the loading screen is no more showed in the home page. Seems after a while from when I set the settings to work correctly, the loading screen is no more showed in the home page.
Any idea on how can diagnose why this happen and understand if I could do something to fix this? If you load my website now you should not see the loading in the home page, even if is activated. Thanks.
when I click on a link at first a loading page appears in which the logo is missing, only later does the logo appear.
How come?
Hi, thank you again for this nice and useful plugin!
I found two issues and I have a feature request.
Issue one:
– There is a conflict with the plugin External Links in New Window / New Tab. If your extension and that plugin is active, links that should open in a new Window will open in the new Window but also the current Window where user clicked the link is redirected to the link… so user will have two tab opened and two tab redirected to the clicked link. Can you resolve this issue?
– If in the website menu I add a page that have subpages: for example in the menu I add the item “utility” and under the utility page I put other subpages and in your plugin I ask to show the loader as soon a link is clicked, the loader will be not showed for the page utility. Will be showed in all other link or page or subpages but not utility. Can be this resolved? You can see a GIF video here (need some time to load). When I click on the page with subpage the loader is not showed immediately as for other links.
Feature request: When a custom logo is selected for the loading the logo size is very small. Can you add the possibility to choose the loading custom logo size?
Thank you!
Hello,
This plugin is great. I just want to tweak some things with CSS and as described under the Include an ad, or your own block of code textarea, we can apparently add CSS rules in a
This seems work well but when the loading reach the 100% the background image is again resized to full screen.
What CSS I need to add to keep background-size: 30% !important; also when 100% is reached?
Hope to get a kind reply, thank you again!
The “Once per session” and “Once per page” options don’t seem to be working for me. Even if I restrict the loading page to the home page, it still appears every time a user clicks on a homepage link. Please advise.
Hey, I have changed the anitmaition size with the following code:

and added additional seconds.
Unfortunately, the size of the animation gets smaller again about 1 second before it disappears in the end . Can you help me?
