I am having the same issue as described on the another thread with same title. See below. I am using load more button only, no pagination or infinite scrolling. Any ideas please??

When I enter a product and return to the page where all the products are displayed, it does not return to the same place where I left it. The problem occurs when I am logged in but when I am logged out the problem does not occur, i.e. after returning from a product page if I relocate correctly to the point where I was. Any clue as to why this is happening?

This is quite frustating that the plugin work fine for few days and now the error appear on everypage. Website layout is almost damage. Now one can place order on it. I deactivated the plugin for now. When I deactivate it . It disappear.

I am encountering an issue with the “load more” pagination function on my catalog page. Here’s how it currently works:

1. Scrolling Down: When users scroll down the catalog, the “load more” function operates correctly, loading additional products as expected.
2. Returning to Catalog from a Product View: However, if a user clicks on a product, views it, and then returns to the catalog page, I am automatically brought back to page 2 for example. At this point, the pagination function seems to stop working properly. I cannot see the products from page 1 for example and loading products upwards is not working, it only loads additional products downwards, making it challenging for users to navigate back to earlier items.

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

I am encountering an issue with infinite scroll on our shop page. When a user scrolls down to, say, page 2 and clicks on a product to view its details, upon returning to the shop page, the infinite scroll automatically triggers and loads new products, instead of preserving the user’s previous scroll position.

I’ve observed that when I disable LiteSpeed cache, the issue no longer occurs, and the infinite scroll behaves as expected.

Could you advise if there is a specific setting or exclusion we should apply in the cache configuration to ensure the infinite scroll functions properly?

Hello,

The provided website has BeRocket filters and Load More Products installed. The limit of products shown on initial page load is set up in Elementor and the sorting is set to random.

We have an additional custom sorting function when the Cities filter is applied, where any results with the searched city and radius are placed at the beginning of the list (i.e.: results for Wien – 1150 are placed at the top, then the rest of results come afterwards). However, due to the nature of the random sorting of Elementor and the limit of products shown at once, sometimes the results for Wien – 1150 are not displayed until you scroll down the page and Load More products kicks in.

For that reason, we would like to know if it is possible to have Load More products on initial page load, but whenever any filter is applied (Cities filter or any of the additional filters), Load More products does not kick in but instead all the results are shown (so, if there are 30 results, show all 30. If there are 150, show all 150). In that way, our custom sorting function would work perfectly.

Can you please point if it is possible to achieve this? And if so, provide any example code to guide us through the process?

On my site, I open in any category, scroll down and click on load more to open more products and everything works normally, but when I scroll down again on the second page, load more no longer works and is always loading, so I can’t move forward or show other products.

Is there a way to have a infinite scrolling on product category pages.
We’ve build alot of pages with WPBakery Page Builder and add the products in a ‘product category’.

Infinite scrolling works with our theme, but only on product pages.

I am trying the Load More Products plugin for WooCommerce. Infinite scrolling and / or Load More-button or Ajax Pagination work only semi, meaning without the product pictures loaded. No matter what the settings, the picture of the products from the next pages of a category will not load. Any ideas?

The products load, but the countdown timer does not appear for the products after infinite scroll is loaded, only the starting products are visible. Countdown timer is installed with another additional plugin. Is there any solution for this?

Hi there. We recently started using the product and its great. However have noticed that google is ranking the page 2 page 3 page 4 etc and this can cause some customer confusion and if the user arrives on page 2 for example they are unable to see the other pages. Is there any remedy for this?

There’s 20 products, first load is showing 12, and when Load More Button is pressed is not showing the 8 products left.

i can not update to latest version an am stuck on 3.1.7.5. says it is updated but then i refresh and it is not. says it can not create a directory and thats why its failing (all of my permissions are correct). I even tried reinstalling the plugin and then all my settings disappeared! Going to start looking for an alternative if these issues aren’t fixed. i do not have this issue with any other plugin. also your premium support tickets do not work and i am a paying user so i’m leaving this here. get your stuff together and fix the issues.

After the products on my pages loads using infinity scroll, there is offten some empty white spaces .

I have configured my site to load 4 products with 4 row, how can i make sure it loads 16 products without empty space

We use the plugin with the infinite scroll option.

When browsing a category page on mobile device, and after having successfully loaded some more products with infinite scroll, if we click on a product and then go back to the previous page, the vertical position is the same as before but if we try to scroll down to load some more products it just loads for ever.

The behavior we want would be for the user to be able to scroll down a bit on category page, click on a product, then go back to the category and scroll down some more with products loading normally.

Is it because of browser ?
Can this be solved using some custom code ?
If so, where should this code be added ?

Hi, we have two currencies on our website. USD and CAD. By default, the right currency is loading on the page load. But, the products loading with Ajax load more are showing the wrong currency. I have shared a reference video below please check and please help with this. Thanks in advance.

Before updating infinite load was working as expected. I updated WordPress to version 6.3.1, and after the update the infinite load does not seem to be working and is stuck as pagination. I checked the back end and infinite scroll is currently activate. What is going on? How can I fix this ?

I use free version of plugin in mobile version only. In mobile version load more button do its function infinitely. After last product I see first product second time and so on. Product load does not stop at all. How I can fix this?

After clicking the load more button, which works good, the extra loaded products don’t have the same design on them as the first 20 products.

Previously I used Load More Anything (but didn’t work for me) and had the same problem. I therefore created a script which fired the Javascript file when clicking the pagination button and that worked, but somehow it doesn’t work for your load more button.
