Suddenly, it no longer appears in our list of plugins, possibly because it’s not compatible with the version of WordPress we are using? I see a reference to upgrading to Remetric, and that the migration path is easy. We logged into Lively Chat with a username, Rememtric seems to want an email address and phone number. Also I have noticed that the chat remains stored even if I close the visitor’s browser.
Another question: I can use custom front-end JavaScript to start manually the chat using custom visitors data? Pseudo Code:

Perhaps it is useful the ‘triggers extension’ with the appropriate changes.

The issue I’m having is I can’t seem to get the plugin to display online.
I added office hours Mon – Fri 8am to 6pm, but even though my Settings > General time settings are correct, chat will not show online.
I can PM or email a page and login if you need one.

I am trying to use your plugin for a site where only one chat with one operator should be possibly at a given moment. So when one user initates chat, chatting for all other users/visitors should be disabled. Is that possible? So far, one operator can be bombarded with multiple chats at a time.

]]>I have LIVeChat installed and it works fine except to limit the popup on specific pages as the instructions state … only the * Show on All Pages works.
I have tried /About Us /Support as well as with or without the * afterwards … does not work …
Also, is there a way to have a “Close” X added to this since on a mobile phone it basically covers the page.
]]>I’ve seen a thread about the admin-ajax processes, but no one has said anything about it overloading the server. I installed Lively Chat and only after 3 chat sessions I received a warning from hostgator stating we were using 44% CPU resources when the limit is 25% on our shared server. They then cached our site until the “issue” was resolved so I had to remove Lively Chat from our site. So I’m assuming that this requires a dedicated server to use? If not, please inform. Thank you. FYI I wish I could have kept it. I loved it until we got the warning!

My Requirement.
one of my client has requirement to add notification on admin menu.
What i have done so far is.
1. add one anchor tag using add_action(‘admin_bar_menu’)
2. add image icon using java script when first conversation start.
Its working fine on “livelychatsupport” page.But i want to add this functionality to whole dashboard so when administrator is on other pages like post,page or setting page then he can understand that someone(visitor) want support and can replay directly.
Please help me on this if it is possible.

Quick question, I have the basic free version and I have set an editor as the Agent however when logged in as an editor, no new visitor appears when someone starts a session. i.e. under the visitors tab the name of the person and the green circle wont appear.

I installed this plugin for testing purpose.
Before I installed the my site speed was 88 on google page speed (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/)
After I uninstalled the plugin my site speed has fallen to 84.
The google speed test tool says “Your page has 5 blocking script resources and 5 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.”
Then I’ve checked this on Gtmetrix. It says “The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.”
Then I’ve looked into my source code and I found these lines those for lively chat support plugin on my site footer area.
Even I uninstalled this plugin why I am getting this code in my site?
How can I remove these lines? blocking scripts have high impact on page speed and seo. Please help me…

Hi.
I have installed plugin on my website https://www.kraftdesigners.com. Control panel is not showing any online visitor. Also my website is not showing any online agent.
I checked it personally by opening up Admin and Website on different browsers. Also can I ping to online visitors with free account if the problem get resolved?
