in our error log, there are two entries showing up from your plugin:

Undefined index: currency in … /wp-content/plugins/livechat-for-easy-digital-downloads/includes/templates/TrackingCode.class.php on line 52

Undefined index: currency in …./wp-content/plugins/livechat-for-easy-digital-downloads/includes/templates/TrackingCode.class.php on line 54

The settings are as follows in wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-settings&tab=general&section=currency

The currency of our EDD store is US Dollars ($)
Currency Position is “Before -$10

Thousands and Decimal Separators are left empty.

Could you kindly advise how to fix or provide and updated plugin version with a fix for this?

Quick question: I’ve been using your plugin for some time now and it is very good but a big request. Could you add an option to not only hide the plugin on mobile and/or quest users but also for other use cases? So, for example, I’d like to hide the chat on my website but only when the customer has not started a chat with me. I know I can use CSS to hide the chat but, if i do that, the chat will stay hidden all the time.
