Hello, how can i change the size on the chat? I have the problem that many usern write at the same time and they have to scroll all the time, I need to make it 600 height, i think its 200 something now?

I am a WordPress user nad have about 5 websites where I am planning to use the Live Chat plugin, but the only problem I am facing is that how to configure the back end for the Live Chat Plugin, as if a user is chatting on it how do I reply to him/her as I do not see any option for the same. Please help ASAP…………
