I love this plugin so I took it apart and added a couple features. I uploaded this to Github @ https://github.com/InvisDragon/live-carts-for-woocommerce/compare/master…develop for you to see what I changed (and some line changes PHPStorm forced – apologies!)
Some of these changes I think would improve things such as recording the customer’s email and user agent (if available). Also I added some basic bot filtering so all of the automatically created Googlebot baskets can be ignored by the system instead of looking like potential customers (I doubt Googlebot is going to be buying anything!)

]]>When I go to a cart details page and see the list of products it contains, their name are clickable
Unfortunately, whatever the product line, the link is always https://{domain}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=live-carts-for-woocommerce&status=active&cart_id={id}
I would expect a link to either the admin or the public product page… Ex: https://fabienne-laredo.fr/wp-admin/post.php?post={product-id}&action=edit
When I go to the woocommerce cart page as a client, in addition to the cart content, in the total area I can see:
One of the elements I occasionnally need to check is if taxes will be correctly applied to order lines and shipping, with their right taxe type, when the cart will be changed into an order.
Taxes are tricky :
Any information you could gather and show with reliability in the admin cart details page would be very helpful, with at very least the summary the user can see on his side (“including?5,90?€?VAT X,?1,98?€?VAT Y”)

We can see the last page they visited and the converted cart, but it would be helpful to know if they went to the checkout and how long they stayed so we can determine why they left.

I added some 4-5 items, but the cart detail shows only first item that was added.

Hi – it appears that your plugin is picking up a load of ghost requests to /?wc-ajax=ppc-simulate-cart
Apparently these can be removed by using the filters below
add_filter( ‘woocommerce_paypal_payments_simulate_cart_enabled’, ‘__return_false’ ); add_filter( ‘woocommerce_paypal_payments_simulate_cart_prevent_updates’, ‘__return_false’ );

Could your plugin be amended to exclude these requests?

]]>Installed your plugin as this is a feature I need to help address issues with older clients carts not being correct. Installed fine and showed the Cart ID on the Cart page, as well as the cart list on the Live Cart Page, but when I click on the Cart ID to get more details and the contents I get the error message Cart Not Found.
]]>Hi, thanks for making this plugin.
I noticed that the Cart Totals on the list page just show 0? Also a username column here would be great – for example, when needing to find carts that users complain they have issues with.
Then on the cart detail page – I can see the order value for the cart that is listed a 0 on the list page
Also the detail page is often empty, (for active carts). I suspect probably that the cart has already converted, but not updated on the plugin yet? (When does the cart exist? Only once the user has added an item to the cart, or when the user just logs in? )
Other Suggestions:
If you can show once a coupon is applied to the cart, that would be great too.
The order number/Post ID (seperate from your cart ID) would also be very helpful too.
