First off, thanks for the plugin.
I am trying to execute a shortcode in a note but it does not work.
So I have added a filter in functions.php like this:
add_filter( '[lh-dashboard-note]', 'do_shortcode' );
but to no avail.
How can I make shortcodes work?

Great plugin! I like how there’s a menu item (Dash Notes) that is easy to find, and how the dash notes are movable on the dashboard.
I have a question about formatting. Is there a way to enable the standard paragraph formatting? If I enter:
Line 1
Line 2
Line 3
I get this:
Line 1 Line 2 Line 3

Bug — there seems to be a bug in LH Dashboard Notes when reading multiple notes in the dashboard. Any subsequent or new notes duplicate the text of the first note. I have a screenshot if you need it.
