thanks for this plugin — this request is not directly related to your plugin but figured you might know… and be willing to help
Please advise how to migrate/duplicate/clone xprofile ‘fields’ from one site to another (not the values, the fields).
I want to use the same buddypress setup on multiple sites and don’t want to manually create the custom fields for each site.
Thanks`
]]>Hi,
I’ve been using this plugin (to export my user details) for a number of weeks and it’s had been working really well. However, just last week it’s been throwing an error.
After adding a number of profile fields and clicking “generate report”, it opens a new tab, loads for a minute and returns the following error:
“This Page isn’t working
‘My website URL’ is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500″
I appreciate any ideas what may be causing this issue and how to resolve it.
Thanks,
Nathan
Hi. I was very happy to find this plugin. I was wondering if there was any way to save an export field selection so I could export the same data repeatedly without going through the dropdown selections each time.
]]>Does this plugin not have an option to export users emails? Thanks
]]>So we have the BuddyBoss theme and we’re using the BuddyPress export. Everything comes out beautifully, except the “Position” field comes out with the position’s ID rather than than the actual position.
Any automated way to fix this? What we do currently is CTRL F and replace the ID with the actual position title.
]]>Hello,
the plugin works smoothly with most field types (text, numbers, radio buttons) but the “checkboxes” (multi-choice) fields are always empty in the CSV upon export.
Perhaps it has to do with the CSV fields not being encased in quotes, or with the separator in the CSV? (In the database, the checkbox field values are stored as a string such as “value1, value2, value5”.)
BTW this is Buddyboss, not Buddypress. No idea whether it makes any difference.
Thanks a lot in advance
]]>Hi,
I think this plugin has been overlooked. It’s great because it’s simple but I have an issue when I try to export a field with date.
It will give me something like :
MM/DD/YYYY
However, the date that were saved on the profiles were something like this :
DD/MM/YYYY
As a result, upon export, every date that is not compatible (MM is above 12 for instance), will be changed to today’s date. This make it quite impractical.
Is there a way to fix this?
]]>First many thanks for the great plugin! The export always worked until I updated WordPress 5.3.2.
Since the update only the user_id is exported and all other fields remain empty.
Cheers
]]>I needed to get certain User Profile Data to be used, such as User ID, User email, ect.
Is it possible to export user data with Xprofile Data?
Thank you.
]]>Our website is using WPLMS which is a learning management system that is deeply integrated with BuddyPress.
Your plug in installs nicely but if I select fields and run the report it only generates this below. Would appreciate any help as this would be a very handy tool. Thank you.
