I’m putting chatbots in different languages in relation to the corresponding pages. I’ve done this for 150 pages, but the last pages don’t want to take my changes into account.

Is there a solution?

I’ve tried other scripts, restarting and updating, but nothing works.

I removed the plugin but my site still have 3 LeadBooster scripts which cause issues to my mobile footer menu.

Hi, i have an issue with installing the plugin. managed to activate it and now trying to insert the js snipped from pipedrive. i can see there is a difference on instructions and what I see in Pipedrive: Pipedrive Settings > LeadBooster. Then, go to the Playbook of your choice and you will find the WordPress snippet under Embed.

In my pipedrive I don’t see embed as an option but I do have an WordPress option and it has js snipped. however using this and saving the settings results error page 403.

is there a mismatch on pipedrive and WordPress versions or something else?

I have a multilingual website using WordPress 5.7.3 with the theme Uncode 2.4.0.2 and I came across a bug while using Leadbooster version 1.0.5.

Before integrating the plugin, the top navigation bar works as desired all the time.
It was designed to be a sticky menu which is also a fixed navigation menu on a webpage that remains visible and in the same position as the user scrolls down and moves about a site. Also, the width of entire navigation menu and the position of language switch (on the top right corner) stay fixed when changing between English and French.

After the plugin, it breaks the menu and causes an unstable behaviors. For some pages, the menu sticks on top, but some do not. Even for the same page, the menu is sometimes fixed and sometimes not everytime it re-loads. I tried adding an extra css code in order to force the width of the navigation bar stay the same, e.g. width: 100% !important. However, it does not work as expected.
It is hard to reproduce the bug 100% of the time, it makes the troubleshooting difficult.
As the chatbot is added as an iframe, I have no idea why adding the chatbot to the site causes the bug of the menu on top.

Could you please help me resolve it or is there any configuration that I am missing?

My client has multilingual (two languages) website and they are using Leadbooster.
I’m using Translatepress to translate the site.
Leadbooster offers different scripts for different languages but I don’t know yet how to load different scripts for different languages or if that is even possible.

Can you help me or is the another way to translate Leadbooster than using two different scripts?

We have specific Playbooks for specific pages on our website. We want to do same for specific blog posts

Unfortunately there is no option if you use the plug-in. It’s only working with pages, when you use the “Specific Pages” option. Are there alternatives?

It will be great, if the plug-in will also support posts.

My client included your plugin and script on his website but the following error is showing:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'base' of undefined

Hi, I came across a bug when integrating the plugin into a multilingual site where I use Polylang PRO. When I paste the script into pages of one language version, such as EN, save the changes, and then switch to another language to place the script on the corresponding language version and save the changes, the scripts that I put in the EN version are lost. They just aren’t into the fields opposite the corresponding EN page. This bug has appeared after the latest system updates and plugin updates on the site.
