]]>I install the plugin with One Page Scroll theme.
I sent and received the email well.
However, the From* is fixed by my admin email.
I would like to make the From* as the applicant email.
I have a field for the applicant’s email.
Second, I would like to custom the Subject* field.
I want make it like “Application from [NAME]”
I have a field for applicant’s name too.
I can’t find any resources on web.
May I know how to achieve my request?
Hi.
When a site is accessed and a Lead Form message sent from an Android phone browser (the blue and white globe like icon), it is not resulting in a green Thank You rectangle, and the messages are not received in the Lead Form. The Lead Form is set to “Save Leads in database” (I don’t think it matters).
The Android version is 5.1, I guess that internet browser is standard for that Android version.
When Chrome browser is used on the same phone, the Thank You rectangle appears and the messages received by the Lead Form.
There might be a lot of users that still have those Android 5.1 phones. How could we make those browsers work?
Hey,
Is it possible to set one of two fields to be an required field? Meaning user can choose between one of those – either to leave email or phone number. When one is selected/field the other is unrequired.
Thanks!
J.
I want to download the form from the lead site but I am getting an error message. Could you please help me?
Thank you1

The form on the site I linked above is having issues on the 8th Field.
For what ever reason or another the 8th field name is not showing above it’s respective input like the rest, its hovering over to the right side.
I already make a whole new form and to see if the issue repeated and it did on the 8th field again.
Is there something I am missing?

]]>Hi there,
When I put “number” on the field corresponding to the phone number I get arrows up and down instead of being able to just put in the phone number… when I complete a valid phone number I get a message saying I should complete the field, it seems is expecting me to use the arrows to do so…
By now I replaced it for a “text” field instead, but I thought I should let you know.
]]>Hi there,
I tried to create a new form and after clicking on save form I’ve got the following message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_verify_nonce() in /public/sites/www.therapy.brussels/wp-content/plugins/lead-form-builder/inc/create-lead-form.php on line 5
And of course I can’t create the form because of that.
Is this a bug in the plugin? or am I doing something wrong…?
Thanks in advance.
]]>It took me some time to figure out why other plugins which were using pluggable functions (eg Postmarkapp Plugin), stopped working as soon as this plugin is enabled.
Turns out that there’s this code in the plugin:
if(!function_exists('wp_get_current_user')) {
include(ABSPATH . "wp-includes/pluggable.php");
}
which includes the wp-includes/pluggable.php
before it should have been included.
After further reviewing the code I found that the reason it is done is because the plugin is trying to check whether the user can or cannot activate a plugin, after which it decides whether to load or not load the activation function but this isn’t needed, because activation hook is called only when a user can activate the plugin and does so.
I hope it will get fixed soon. If you want I can help you out with the code.
]]>Hi I am happy of NoveLight and thought to be also of this LeadForm plugin. But there is a big issue. On the admin panel leads can’t be open to be read. They show up only in preview.
Here down I copied and pasted a mail from another user (who left the plugin btw) because these down are my same issues.
PLEASE HELP
(1) When I change the settings to ‘receive the new lead in email’, I get the message indeed in my mailbox (although in a rather rough form, but I don’t suppose that can be changed), but from the user’s viewpoint it is not clear that the message has even been sent, because not only is there no message showing e.g. ‘Thank for for submitting the form’ but also the form does not even clear up, ie the page does not refresh anew.
(2) If I then choose the option to ‘save the leads on database’, then from a user’s perspective they do get a message saying ‘Thank you for submitting’ and the page gets refreshed and the form cleared up. However when I go on the admin section and check the list of the leads, there is no possibility to upload or read the full message if it is longer than 2 words. Is there a solution to that??
]]>Hi,
I’ve installed the plugin and successfully inserted a basic contact form on my page, but having tested it a few times from both the visitor and admin side, I have some issues with it.

However when I go on the admin section and check the list of the leads, there is no possibility to upload or read the full message if it is longer than 2 words. Is there a solution to that??
(3) I also tried the third alternative, which is to both receive an email and save the lead onto the database; when I do so, the same problem happens as before where the user does not quite get a ‘Thank you’ message and although the lead does appear on the list in the admin section, I am not receiving an email with a copy of the content of the message.
I also tried to change the settings in sending an email to/from the email account I have associated with this website when someone does send a message via the contact form. The user does receive an the automatically generated email, however it shows as being sent from an email account at Bluehost, and not the email account I have typed in in the settings. Equally, I have tried to set up an alert to the admin/email account when a new form is sent (with the suggested code inserted in the message box) but I do not seem to receive the emails then.
I hope that is clear, apologies if not, but help would be much appreciated!!
Thanks in advance.
]]>When you fill the form and click submit, you see the javascript animation below the button when it’s submitting, but then it disappears. Although it works and the form has been successfully submitted, it’s not clear to the user, so we receive several of the same form because the user clicks submit multiple times (they aren’t sure if it submitted correctly).
Is there a way to add a message like “Thank you. Your form has been submitted”, or at least clear the form when it has been submitted so the user knows it was successful?
Thanks.
]]>Hi,

Not working with WP 4.5.3.
Neither editing the Contact form, nor editing new created forms working. A pity, though, since it looks quite handy otherwise. Needs to be updated.
Unfortunately I am unable to make a selection from any dropdown menu in the settings of the app
