Cross-check with manual list of LDAP Username or other Entry

Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to implement the option to cross-check the user with a list of manually entered factors, ideally a custom entry in the LDAP, or the Username.

Reason: We would like to use the LDAP to authenticate users, but we cannot create groups on the LDAP for those we wish to grant access.
