Is this because my customer has not Tweeted since I installed the plugin?

I’m the webmaster for MiraclePromotions.com … My client informed me that she’s been posting lots of tweets, but the most recent showing in the sidebar (which uses Latest twitter updates with date and time) seems to be stuck on a tweet posted Jun 4,2013 10:53 AM… Any suggestions?
