Depuis quelques jours, un de mes formulaires Forminator ne génère que des faux positifs. Dans le log, les filtres qui ont généré le classement en indésirable sont à chaque fois honeypot et timeout.

J’ai testé d’autres formulaires, la première soumission fonctionne mais la 2e est marquée comme indésirable, toujours à cause de honeypot et timeout.

Le problème persiste en désactivant le thème et toutes les extensions sauf Forminator et La Sentinelle. J’ai également désactivé le captcha. J’ai testé sur Firefox et sur Chrome.

That would be really helpful as the basic Divi Math captcha is not efficient at all!

Because this dependency prevents jQuery from being removed from WordPress on the frontend when no other plugin is using it.

Is there an issue with the plugin, where the shortcode [la_sentinelle] is included in multiple forms in the same page?

The website is in dev, so I can’t send a link, but I have a landing page with a contact form and a newsletter subscription form, and “La sentinelle” seems to generate more than one set of inputs for each form.

Hello, thank you for your excellent plugin. but I’m having a problem with the latter. I use the ultimate member extension and obviously your extension is preventing members from connecting (error message: incorrect password). by deactivating your extension everything works normally, is there a solution to this problem, a adjustment that I would have done incorrectly. thank you in advance, best regards

I was interested in this plugin because i wanted to ditch googlerecapcha. But it does not look like you support gravity forms yet. Are you planning to support the plugin in the future?

The plugin doesn’t look to work on Woocommerce checkout login form.

I get an “Incorrect username/password.” error.

Login works as expected with La Sentinelle plugin disabled.

Hello, I found that starting from version 2.4.5, the input in the .la-sentinelle-container will be displayed because the old version contained CSS with display: none, which is no longer present in the new version. Hi,
I found out that the plugin marks as spam all order notes (stock and payment notes) in Woocommerce. I’m unable to see them in the edit order page.
When I look into the database I clearly see they are marked as spam. Deactivating the plugin resolves the issue for new orders but the order notes for the existing orders still don’t show.

Outside of that, I’m really satisfied with the plugin and don’t want to change for another one.
Can you update the plugin to make it compatible with Woocommerce or do you have another solution ?

Hi, first, well done for this plugin. I would like to say this is the most efficient honeypot I tried so far.

But I would like to know if you had forseen the possibility of extending parts of your code, from the theme folder for example.
To explain myself, there is 2 thing we would like to change to add more security in the “la_sentinelle_check_honeypot()” function :

if ( isset($post_data["$field_name"]) && strlen($post_data["$field_name"]) > 0 ) {

We want to remove the isset(), because if the field was removed from the form we want it to be considered as spam.

Secondly we want to change the input’s type of the field “honeypot” (which has to stay empty) to a “text” type with a style=”display:none”. Bots tends to avoid more and more hidden fields and an obfuscated text field is more efficient on this part.

But spam noptin newsletter subscriptions are still not blocked.

how to fix it?

I found “Enable spamfilters for Noptin.” is checked by default in the settings.

I installed the plugin on my latest WordPress install and added the honeypot to contact form7.

Now all my forms are blocked. I only have enabled the honeypot.

Could it be a conflict with litespeed cache or the CDN?

I tried to solve it

• by disabling/enabling different plugins
• by updating different plugins and in the end by updating wordpress to 5.9

The only thing that worked for now was to disable “La Sentinelle”.

My current configuration is
– La sentinelle antispam 2.1.0
– WordPress 5.9
– Woocommerce 6.1.1

This seems to be a very nice plugin. It seems to work well, spam stopped to come in, but I’m not sure wheather the plugin is not blocking the regular entries as well. Would it be possible to log the blocked entries as well? In the statistics I can see the number of the blocked submissions but I cannot see their content to check them out. My plugin form is Caldera.

I want to know if your plugin is compatible with a cache extension?
I am using WP Fatest Cache plugin. It is not compatible with IQ Block Country: comments from visitors from countries (which should be blocked) are no longer blocked! So I search how to block spam comments, while keeping my cache plugin.

I installed this recently and it’s doing a great job with comments, but it seems that it isn’t working with my contact form. I used the plugin Everest Forms. Is it possible to make La Sentinelle work with it?

Can you add pot file to the plugin? I can generate it if it helps.
