I have a problem with a plugin on the website.
When I place the search at the top of the site, and then place a property listing in the middle of the same page, during the search the site breaks and scrolls all the way down. You can check the error at https://realty.dc-icg.com/

Hello,
Our server is getting bombarded with 10GB of error code data about the KvCore IDX plugin. We’ve tried disabling pages and the plugin with no change and cannot figure out where the problem is coming from, except that it seems to have something to do with the plugin. Here is the error message we keep getting:

Quick question,
Where exactly is the kvCORE token connecting to to get the information it displays? Where do I setup this configuration?

Can you please check the plugin and make an update so it will be compatible with the recent WordPress version:

Example: [kvcoreidx_listings perRow=”auto” propertyTypes=”31″ limited=”true” perPage=”8″ order=”visits|desc” layout=”card”]

]]>@insiderealestate When using the KVCore plugin, if I require lead registration after 2 property views, the property page becomes no longer scrollable, however, there is no option to register shown to the user. So as it is, I’m unable to require registration. Can you help?
]]>I am working on my bosses website to add the KvCore Plugin, and everything is working ok, except when it comes to the lead capture pop-up for anything. It goes dark and the pop-up comes up, but it just freezes and I cannot type anything into it or click anything. Everything just locks and freezes and I cannot get a hold of anyone to find out where the issue is. Is it the plugin or something on our site? Otherwise it works great for our needs. Anyone have this same issue and a possible fix?

i added a rent page to my website but the price filter is showing too high price like 25k, 50k, 75k etc.
I want to reduce the price amount from Price filter. How do i do that?
1) When the “Create Required Pages” RUN is clicked, it keeps running forever.
– At least some of the pages are created though – not sure if all of them are created.
2) None of the pages are set on IDX Pages tab in settings.
3) Tool tip icons on IDX Pages tab in settings, contain PHP Array data like
(array, length: 68) Array
(

[_structure_type] => (string, length: 10) admin_page

[title] => (string, length: 10) Properties

]]>Hello. After activating and deactivating my plugins. This appears to be the one giving me the white blank screen. If I could have some help fixing this that would be great!
]]>I have installed the plugin and can’t seem to change any of the settings except for colors.
Also, things are not working the way they are supposed to. I can’t search by county and when I narrow my searches, they show the whole state. If I try to show certain towns, it breaks.
I am not sure how to change anything. because everything just keeps going back to the original configuration. I modified short codes as per documentation and it changed the results but still not according tot he parameters I set. I put them back as they were. When it does pull up a search, the results are clunky and won’t allow me to switch to the other design.
I don’t want to continue to pay for it if it isn’t going to work. Can someone help.
Also, it might be helpful to actually see the responses to previous questions here. Even logged in, it doesn’t appear that the KV Core plugin has any solutions posted for anything.
]]>Hi,
does this plugin support newer versions of WordPress? For example WordPress 5.5?
Thanks
Hello!
I’ve been setting up the KVCore Plugin for a short while now and I noticed a problem with loading times that I’ve narrowed down on the properties page (I think). When I check out the network flow on the properties pages of the plugin right now, it looks like the system requests 800 listings on load, which is just a ton of data and work on the kvcore system’s side and it’s resulting in delays of nearly 15 seconds before the page loads. If I go into the plugin and modify the file “kvcore-idx/includes/class-kvcore.php” @ line 103 from “800” to be something lower, like 250, it is dramatically faster.
I feel like there might be a more efficient way to tackle the problem, maybe with some sort of paging system that doesn’t actually need to do any calculations on the data other than how many are being pulled and then pulling the actual property data on demand as it is actually needed. I may try implementing something of the sort, but I feel that it should be considered for performance if you plan on introducing this plugin as an addon service for future customers.
Thank you!
