Have been trying to uninstall this plugin for YEARS! Have removed all of the elements of the plugin and it still loads on the website, HOW!?
Customer service wanted access to the entire website in order to explain why, doesn’t exactly make us comfortable. Today I go to their website and all of their support pages take you to 404. If the app worked well there would be no reason to remove, but it doesn’t and I can’t get rid of it.

I’ve been very happy with the concept and plugin that Kudobuzz offers. Kudobuzz has made the process seamless to gather reviews, publish them, and subsequently improve my SEO through Google rich-snippets. The plugin itself is seamless, and once installed, 90% of the work is done in their console. Additionally, there support is top notch; very responsive and they work diligently to resolve issues or respond to questions. Nice and easy, just the way it should be.

Cheryl was so quick to respond and managed to get it sorted out for me. If only every company *microsoft cough cough* could follow Kudobuzz’s example and have such a good service.

I love this plugin and all the wonderful things that it does. But it gets even better with their fantastic customer service and support. I wanted this plugin to show up as a widget in a specific place on my site. Their fantastic support, specifically Selom, so kindly and graciously did a custom installation for me to my site and his responses couldn’t have come any faster. He was right there to help the minute I needed it. It just doesn’t get any better than this!! You can’t go wrong with this testimonial widget. It is the best, hands down.

The plugin Dev for Kudobuzz were absolutely fantastic. We came across an issue with the plugin conflicting with Woocommerce and our theme. When we contacted Kudobuzz support, the issue was resolved within 24 hours with very prompt response.
The plugin itself does exactly what you want it to. Well worth the small amount for the premium too.
Would 110% recommend this plugin to anyone!

Kudobuzz was exactly what we were looking for and when they get the G+ and Yelp feeds our full requirements will be met. I love this plugin!
I recommend everyone to download this plugin if they need some sort of testimotional/review site.
I looked out some other options at first, but they were way too expensive. Then I surfed around the internet for a while and came across this plugin. I downloaded it and thought – yeah why not try it?
(looked out at least 10 plugins that didn’t work nearly as well as this one – with both rating and comments)
And believe me, this was the best thing I ever did!
I had some problems with the payment to premium-user. I wrote them an e-mail and got response in less than 10 min (amazing!) ..
I then got a link for the payment and 2 seconds later everything was working perfectly!
I couldn’t be anymore happy about this plugin!

It just works and I’m running on WordPress 4.0.1 and I have no problems so far, what so ever..

I saw this plugin in an ecommerce website of my friend.Instantly fell in love with it. Tried many review plugins earlier, but never been satisfied. Installed KudoBuzz in my site and started collecting reviews. It is looking awesome!
Then someone pointed me out that it’s creepy to have “Do you like using souravghosh ?” I contacted their Support through Email and within minutes they customized the text as I wanted: “What do you think about Sourav?”

This plugin is awesome.
But not only the plugin, the idea behind it it’s just brilliant!
You can select single reviews or any statement from likers/followers on social networks (now just from twitter and facebook but I’m sure others are coming soon) and show them in some different ways: shortcode or widget.
Is possibile to choose between different widget styles and customize a lot of stuff about widget presentation.
Kudobuzz is still at early development stages but developers are very quick in responding to users (like me!) needs.
What else to say? I think it’s just the best clients-reviews system ever build, and not only for WordPress: it works everywhere!
