I long time tested many live chats for my site. Because without a stable relationship between me and my users, my business would fail. The best thing about this Chat is in the control panel, where there are many options for personalization, reliable tracking and collection of emails from interlocutors that quickly convert into leads. But the best thing is the connection speed, which does not slow down my site at all.

Removed within 2 mins, the fastest my arse doesn’t even work, someone commented saying better than the tawk.to plugin NONSENSE at least you get actual options in the tawk to plugin instead of having to go find page ID’s if you need a tawk.to chat plugin use the official one.

I had speed issues with Tawk.to on Google Pagespeed and Gtmetrix. Used this plugin and OMG my site is fast. Tawk chat is best free chat solution and combined with this plugin, it’s very powerful punch with user experience and speed. Good job. However, I’d like to have more control on the pages where I can show chat. Then, it’ll be a perfect plugin.

Currently (End of Nov. 2019) it breaks the customer side chat. I can write to customer, but customer can only sometimes write one line and then gets endless loading for next messages. Sometimes even the first message won’t load. I can write to customer.
