Hello,
your plugin doesn’t work with latest CF7 (version 5.4).
Until the last CF update, everything was fine and the PageSpeed rating was in the yellow zone. From CF7 ver. 5.4 The PageSpeed rating is the same as when the plugin is disabled.

Have you any plans to update the plugin?`
