Is it possible to export the knowledge base pages for a pdf, xml etc?
If not, can you provide generic steps to do that using mysql?
I want to provide this content to the AI, so we can have a chatbot using knowledge base content.

]]>I have a problem with my URL structure. The plugin generates a URL dynamically with a Spanish accent. Instead of “categorias”, it says “categorías”. I need to replace the character í (with accent), for the character without an accent. ]]>Hi there, I installed the plugin but it messed up the site and got a fatal error. I fixed it by removing knowledgebase plugin but now I can’t save anything on the WPChantBot plugin by Meow. Talked to them already and they said it came from your plugin as WPChatBot also included it into Knowledgebase plugin. As i get a 403 error code every time I want to save some information.. I will have to give up on both Knowledge base ChatBot all together sadly.
Any solutions by any chance ?

Hi, on our theme we don’t use sidebars.
How can i make sure that when creating a new article there is no sidebar.
Alternatively I could create a sidebar widget with the topics of the knowledge base. but I don’t see any available input for knowledge base in the widget areas.

]]>Hi, the plugin is great and does pretty much exactly what I want.
The one exception is that I need to restrict articles based on user roles, or lack thereof, i.e. if you are not logged in, you can’t access the knowledgebase at all, and if you are logged in, the articles you have access to are limited by what your (custom) user role is.
I’m trying to use custom code in my theme’s functions.php to do this, based on an answer I’ve found here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/113515/118037
There is of course the possibility that code just doesn’t work, but I’m wondering if it is because the knowledgebase is using custom taxonomy?
Basically any hints you can give would be helpful, I’m pretty confused as to where to go from here. I’m a PHP dev but very new to WordPress.

I have installed the plugin and can see how great it is. However, I have a few issues:
1) the title is right aligned and not left as per the post page on my theme. I’m using DIVI as my theme.
2) the search box tries to go full width and isn’t the same width as the page elements on my theme posts page
3) if I click the category title, the category title replaces “Knowledgebase” in the breadcrumbs. I’m using Yoast SEO for the breadcrumbs.

I finally got around to trying out your plugin. Problem is that all of the categories just stack on top of each other. No floating left which makes it look weird.
It’s my own custom designed theme and I know nothing else is conflicting. I removed it since it wasn’t working, but I’m interested in your plugin if I could make that work.

1. Are you planning on adding breadcrumbs in your next release?
2. Have you thought about some way to order the categories other than alphabetical?
3. I saw an earlier post on adding the search box to the KB home page – that would be great.
4. Are you looking at options for formatting like multi column?
While I understand the value in not deleting content, I also think that plugins should clean up when they are removed. I installed and removed the plugin on a test site – now I have orphan entries in my posts table. What do I do with them?

]]>So I have some categories within a parent and those sub-categories have articles in them. If I click one of those sub-category headings (which is a link automatically) I get a 404 where I assume it would take me to the articles found in the sub-category only.
Is this a known issue?

it takes me to an unwanted permalink (“general ad”). How can I change this permalink?
I also can not see how to reformat the page template “https://aliamori.com/wzkb” so that I can change sidebars, widgets etc.
