I registered three QuantumCloud products and they are grate plug-in. What’s even better is the support given. I had some layout problems with one of the plug-ins within my own theme. I sent a support ticket and received a reply within 24 hours. Not only that but the next day I received some extra CSS code and the problem was solved. Grate service!

Price per feature, this plugin is awesome. The Bot-chat feature, gives that extra edge of professionalism that makes your company look a lot bigger than it may be. Setting it up is a bit of a learning curve, but once up, works nicely.

Plug-ins imo should be limited to <article> scope and not try to replace entire scaffolding of a wordpress theme.
It completely removes #primary and #secondary content areas and jams itself as 100% width wrapper and expects it to just “work”. Yeah may be all white theme with no styling.
also it adds its own styles to core structural elements such as <header> .page-header and adds its own margins paddings borders. really? In what world did you think that would work.

This is my 2nd review for Knowledgebase Pro. Working with a wordpress website and the multitude of plugins, you have to communicate with many developers when bugs arise.
If I need something tweaked or find a small bug the QuantumCloud team resolves it FAST and professionally. It is a relief to know if I find an issue it will be resolved quickly, which is something I can say isn’t my experience with most other plugin developers. For that QuantumCloud Support Team is rated #1 to me! Thank you so much for everything.

So this developer provides WORLD CLASS support of this plugin. You have ANY issues, they are quick to respond and go the extra mile to resolve any and all issues. Effortless support! The plugin itself does EXACTLY what it says and it really is 100% free. There are so many other plugins that say they do what this does, but they actually charge you for their pro versions, but not this one! It is also a VERY easy to use plugin. You are not overwhelmed by options and lingo you don’t understand or need like many other plugins. My only suggestion would be to offer some additional styling options. There is a place to put in your own custom CSS, but as I’m not a programmer this doesn’t really help me. Otherwise FANTASTIC plugin! Thank you support team for your help in getting this running as well!
