Hi, I want to Sort/list the articles one by one only with titles using the tag name. How can I do this using the “Short Code”. Please assist me in this. Thank You- Prem

I installed KBX last week and starting to create new KB articles for the search feature. When I have the shortcode [kbx-knowledgebase show_search_form="true"] on the home page to show the search bar, I start typing the same title as some of the articles I’ve already created, and no articles come up. I try searching for some of the articles I’ve created, and the search yields no results. When I create a glossary page, I can see the articles I created. Any idea why the articles aren’t showing up in the search?

Is it possible to open the chatbot window using a link that the user clicks?

E.g. I have a link on a page that reads “make a query”, and the KBx chatbot is already configured to send email messages so all I need is for the chatbot to open when the user clicks the “make a query link” on the page. Then the user can continue sending a message using the chatbot.

Solved by restoring from backup and works fine with 3.2.4 version.

Hello I actually have two questions. I’ve always had great success with your plugin and support so I’m using it for a different project now and thought maybe you could help with my current issue.

#1 Is there anyway to customize the “sections” page? I use SiteOrigin Page builder in which I’m able to just drop your shortcodes into and design the page how I want it to look, however since “sections” aren’t a editable page, I’m not sure where to go from here. I want the sections page to match the other pages.

#2 On the main page I linked above…I’m using the shortcode to display the catagories. The description of the catagories display in white, as I have selected, so I can be read easily on my dark background. However the actual catagory title is in a very dark gray or black and does not show up well at all on my dark background. Is there a way I can change it to black?

Hello there! First thank you for providing this plugin free of charge! This is exactly what I was looking for and there are so many others that have extremely restricted features, yours lets you do all the basic features you would expect, so THANK YOU!

I am having two issues with the plug that I’m sure you will be able to help me with.
First of all I’m trying to get the glossary feature going first. I’ve entered my terms, an I’m using the glossary page shortcode to display the glossary on a page. However when I click on one of the letters to move to a different section of the glossary I get a 404 error not found. Using the page advance buttons at the bottom of the page just reload the current page instead of advancing to the next as well… leaving only that front page list of terms working.

Secondly. I use page builder to design all my pages. I of course was able to use your shortcodes within my page builder to display the glossary main page how I wanted (with my own backgrounds, ect). However when I click on a term in the glossary list it of course uses the themes template and there is no way to change this, or use the page builder to build the term entries either. Is there a way I can do this? Otherwise The glossary term pages themselves do not display in a manner than can really be read.

The floating icon works for logged in, but not working (clicking on the floating icon does not show the kbx-fes-widget-wrapper, knowledge base pop up)

Is this intended or missing a point?

Great plugin.

An issue: Floating Icon most likely has an invisible div, and it blocks all elements even when its minimized. It should be visible ONLY when the Floating Icon is active.

All elements should be clickable (elements that will fall below the Floating Icon div) when Floating Icon is not active

For sections with multiple articles, when I click on the section from the main page I’m sent to a 404 page or it’s leading to a random page instead of a list of the topics.
