I’ve reached out several times over the past year for support on this plugin. We even have a Pro subscription. No replies.

We will be moving to a new product. Any recommendations for a Newsletter plugin?

I have a bilingual website, Hebrew-English (this is a test site, almost ready to go live).
I work with Elementor + Astra theme (free).
I have your plugin installed and it is very good.
However, it creates a problem with the display of video element, as well as a Facebook widget, in RTL mode. You may see on the page the video frame is all black, no controls, no preview frame. In addition, in the footer, on the right, a Facebook widget is placed. Its title is there, but it is not seen.
When the Knews plugin is deactivated, these elements show correctly.
I have been in correspondence with Astra developers, who are also developers of the plugin for header and footer. They have been searching for the problem for a long time and found it only today.
Please, fix the bug.

I have gone through the main website (https://knewsplugin.com/) submitting a ticket and even referencing our Knews Pro license but it’s been MONTHS and I haven’t heard anything back.

Does anyone know of other methods of contacting Knews Pro Support?

Plugin stopped work without any changing. The form of subscription was in right sidebar (just disappeared) and on separate page https://beauty-hamster.ru/subscribe/ (doesn/t work).
Maybe you know a reason of problem?

I have searched for register_uninstall_hook in your plugin to have a look a what was cleaned up on deletion but I could not find anything

also I deleted it from a local install and noticed the tables it creates were still there

Lately I have not been able to send emails using SMPT.
I’m using gmail (a GSuite account), wich untill now, have never been a problem.

When I use the Knews test it shows this output:

“SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110)
SMTP connect() failed.

I’ve tried everything form the PHPMailer troubleshoot guide.
DNS with gmail is working properly, openssl is loaded and the conexi��n from my servers console to gmail works (I’ve tried ping and telnet, both succesfully).

Could you give me some guidance please?

Another BUG: when I use the pre-installed template and paste text to any input or table, the text formatting disappear and the font became Times and is uneditable. Undo also not working and I must reload the page��

I have set relative url image paths by plugin “Make Paths Relative”. When I want to insert image to normal page or post, it works. Bud when I want to put image into the new newsletter, there is a “Error: there is no image selected”, because there is missing “https://” in the image url. I know, that I can edit the newsletter by HTML, but my client not. How to fix Knews plugin to work with relative paths?

i want to make sure before buying the plugin that.. it will send email notifications to the subscribers according to the language?

for example if i have 3 languages in a website using wpml, if i a make a new post on the language english, it should send new post notification to only the English subscribers..

Some People get messages that the links are not safe, or the link will not open.

In an older newsletter i see only the Url-links of the post on the site.

What goes wrong? How can i reset to the old version/ url-link instead the Ajax-links

i try to change an image. But after select an Image i got an Error Dialog “Fehler: Es konnte kein Editor ausgew?hlt werden.” in English is something like “Error: No editor could be selected.”

When I start the JsCron I get the following message: Knews internal error: can’t be initialized before!
The Newsletter is sending. That works, but not the page where you can see the sending steps. What goes wrong?

i have the german version. all options are NO or DONT ASK. although in the form i have the normal Email-field AND an additional (empty) field and beside it a checkbox I AGREE TERMS (in engl.).

How to delete the empty field with the Checkbox?

I found that there’s a bug/problem when you insert the iframe of knews subscription form.
If the user introduces a wrong email, then appear the response message “Wrong e-mail address, please check Close” but when “Close” link is clicked, nothing happens…
