Installed this plugin and was really looking forward to having this on my site! Unfortunately the install gave me broken pages, looks like it’s not usable with WP 4.4.1

Solid knowledge base plugin. I’m replacing a desk.com knowledge base with this plugin and have been very pleased. There are a few missing features (breadcrumb nav), but the author promises to have them in the next update.

I’ve been very pleasantly surprised with how well it works and how simple it is to edit and organize the kb articles. So much easier than desk.com editing (ugh!).

I’ve had this plugin working fine on my site until just this weekend and with nothing other than a temporary server outage, I’m trying to figure out what may have interfered with the settings or prevented it from loading in 2 columns:

I’ve even tried a new shortcode:

[knowledge_base columns=”2″ alignment=”left” items=”10″ orderby=”title” order=”asc”]

this is what I’ve had on the page before that worked fine, but is no longer working:

[knowledge_base columns=”2″ alignment=”left” icons=”false” orderby=”title” order=”asc”]

Can you see anything that may be preventing CSS from loading?
